Hotel Bombay Inn

Rooms are good means not with good interior but apart from that everything is OK,but according to condition of room that are provided it is overpriced.Managers behaviour is not that good.Location is what I liked about this Hotel that is 700mtr. from Cuttack railway station and nearly 1km from SCB medical College.

My buddy made the reservation for the hotel, and I'll be driving there from Bengal by myself. They have sufficient parking space, a Mandir, ground, a conference room, and personnel that is well mannered. The rooms are really large, and the bathrooms are spotless. The team will respond immediately to your request. Because I like the ambiance so much, I decided to stay here for an additional week. You are going to adore the location.

Price charges but they don't provide soap , shampoo on daily basis , mire over they give compliment tea bags , coffee strips but sugar and milk power only one pouch , how can one person can drink both coffee and tea with one pouch of sugar , were as charges of room are not less than Rs 2000/-

cooperative polite staffs
spacious rooms with car parking but at reasionable cost too

I stayed in the suite here, it was very spacious with basic features. However, the washroom needs improvement, the curtains used in bathroom are too old and dirty which needs immediate replacement. The hygiene also needs improvement. I may have give full rating, if the washrooms were properly maintained and were with proper hygiene level.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and thus am gonna pend down a review that is genuine, unbiased and much needed.
Firstly the receptionists are okay as required, the staff is also fine and humble.
But a hotel is lot more than this.
The condition of the room's isn't at all justified. I am gonna pay 4k for 2 days herein.
And ranging from the bedsheets quality to the doormats, are all terrible.
A main complaint, such a stature hotel doesn't even provide the basic essentials like toothbrush, paste.
Just two sachets of clinic plus and the smallest of soap is just given.
See I come here packed with everything doesn't mean everyone stooping by in this hotel will bring all these essentials that we least expect to carry.
I just hope these things are taken care of next time.

The attitude of the staff and reception is not guest friendly. They demand the full amount at the time of check-in. When I tried to inquire about the matter since it is not a regular practice throughout india, their behaviour changed and treated us very badly. There were no other options and we were too tired to search for other hotels. So we stayed for 1 night. They don't provide even 1L packaged drinking water as complementary, The price they are charging is premium however, not a single person belongs from the hospitality industry it seems.
