After booking confirmation when I arrived at hotel and asked for room they told me that there were no room available and ask me to call Oyo customer care to change the hotel. So I cancelled that one and start searching for another one at that time the receptionist told me that a room was available costing 1000 rupees. I was in a hurry so I paid her 1000 and checked into the room. But the room was very very bad. I never expected that. In my life time I never experienced such bad thing. At first there was no key of the room. The door was not being opened or closed smoothly. There is no lock in washroom door from outside. There is no phone to order food. Bed was so dirty and having strain on it. The head rest of the bed was teared. There was no fan. Window was partially broken. There was no towel. There was no soap. Washroom flush was not working. The washroom along with the room was smelling so bad. The receptionist's behaviour was so rude. I have all the photos as proof with me.

1. Room was untidy and foul smell was coming. 2. Bathroom lock was not present to lock thr door. 3. Bedsheet had stains on it. 4. No privacy at all, as the room lock was not working, easily anyone can open the door without keys. 5. No fan was there in the room. 6. Lady receptionist was completely rude, adamant and unprofessional, and did not address our issues after raising our concern. 7. Not at all recommended and the hotel should fire the receptionist, no manners at all. I have the proof of everything, I will lodge a complaint in Consumer court if my issue does not get resloved

One of the worst hotel experience ever . They charged me extra money from the price which I have booked and then let me check in . The receptionist was literally rude all the times. Even my room key was broken .Worst experience ever .They don't know how to welcome there guests.

I have no complain on hotel, but the Oyo service provider is very very worst. Completely fraud Oyo. Oyo application has given me booking in a hotel which is not operational. After that when I tried to book another hotel through Oyo it's demand to pay before booking. Oyo representative didn't even attending my call to resolve the issue. I have wasted 3 hours to get another hotel in late night.. I will not prefer to book my next hotel through Oyo. Before 3 years Oyo was really a good choice but now it's completely fraud service.

Very Bad experience to book the Hotel in OYO. after booking confirmation I did not get the room. from 22 Hrs to 24 hours i was struggling. later I book directly in the same hotel with the different amount. which I surprise.
apart from that from Railway Station while i was coming the cab guy inform me. i will go only one place. because the OYO booking confirmation always getting problem of others. just imagine its not just me who is getting trouble, even the cab and auto driver also know the OYO booking status. Its very bad.
next day morning OYO they cancel the booking and refund us.
its not the matter of refund or money. its completely harassments of the customer at mid night.

The reception staff are so worst. Even after booking on same day the staff saying the rooms are under maintenance from previous day. The unavailability of room also not informing to consumer prior to customer reach at hotel.

It was in good location...but the receptionist told us to wait.... for check in according to him after his dinner we should check in.... though we had paid online n booked room but after reaching there we came to know the room mentioned in online Oyo was not available so we had to pay rs1892 n check in after waiting for 30 minutes.....room was big.....room was good but not well maintained.... bedsheets were not clean... wash room was not clean..... really first time very bad experience with Oyo.....n so non-professional receptionist omg......Oyo should take care of there customer... very ride staff behaviour at the time of check out. We had waited for our bags....very money oriented,not guest friendly....... toilet flush not properly working......staffs were not responsible.... pathetic..not at all recommended

Complete scam. Please make sure not to visit this hotel ever. This is the hotel Bari international and they are playing a scam right there. They will book a room with lesser price on Oyo and then will ask for thrice the amount paid saying we are running a business and how can we will run a business in such low price. So I asked them book the room with the orginal price then to which their manager replies we are running a business, no one ll book a room seeing the high price. They denied to open the gate unless I agreed to pay thrice the price I paid to book the room on Oyo.
