OYO Sai Sagar Residency

very very bad experience in OYO sponsored rooms. there is no tie up betweeen hotels and OYO. after booking rooms online i further paid for the room. the hotel staff didnt allowed until payment done physically. OYO must resolve the coordination issue soon.

Horrible rooms, all the pictures on OYO they have uploaded are misleading.
Shady rooms, walls were tattered, smell coming from rooms, they showed us 4 rooms in total and all four were equally dirty.

Anyways we didn't stay their. If you don't want a shady experience in Bhubaneshwar would suggest not to stay here.

The manager behaviour is horrondous and they way they speak to customers are like rowdyness surplus.First they will inquire about the price you have paid to OYO,then will say check in cannot be provided as rooms are filled up .And make you wait till you loose your patience and start complaining in Oyo service center and then ask for complimentary fees to be paid by OYO on behalf of your booking. The room are very dirty and no hygienic is provided,no cleaning,and I beleive rooms are also not safe for couples especially. They don't even care to change the bedsheets or towels used earlier who would have stayed in the room until you highlight it. The only reason I go is it is located in rupali square from which my accessibility to all the places becomes easier. There basically exists no food service.Bathroom are like public place toilets.I did have all these horrible experience here which was ditto whatever mentioned above.If you find suitable place other then this then please avoid coming down here.If you have no option then only kindly visit at your risk and please comment whatever i said is right or wrong so that I can rectify my review depending upon the suggestion.But I strongly believe everyone would have faced the similar kind of experience as mine.A 1 star hotel rather than 2 star.

Here are the reasons, you should not go to this hotel..

1) They don't know how to treat the guests..Very rude and non-cooperative staff..
2) No any rooms are up to the mark.. All the walls are watery... Rooms are like painted many years before..
3) Rooms have a bad stinking odour... Even the public toilets are good as compared to the rooms of this hotel... I have sprayed room sprayer for 10 times, but still the rooms were stinking very badly...
4) They don't have any food menu..but they ask for food order... Without showing any menu, they are Charging high rates and also the taste and quality of food was not good...
5) They don't provide water to drink.. You have to purchase water bottle here..
6) No any single T.V. in this hotel is in working condition..
7) Air condition is just like a dream here...you can just see it..but can't feel...cuzz..its not working..
8) Receptionist have taken the promise to Neglect and avoid your call.. They dont pick your call even after a try of 100 times...
9) No any dustbin is there in side the room..
10) They don't provide the basic things like soap and towel..
11) Bedsheets and pillow cover are not washed properly...
12) Strong recommendation :- Not to book and go to this hotel...inspite...you can get a better deal near by within this price range....

Room and bathrooms were like a rest room in BUS STOP. Have a look at the PICs.
Charged 40 rupees for 2 plastic cups of tea without informing price. Had to argue for a towel.
Had provided 1 water bottle and I thought this is complimentary , but guess what. After checkout I got 13 missed calls asking to pay 20. How further standard less it could be.
Guess the price I paid for such service..??

It's very very bad Experience. Staff beheviour & room service are very bad, clothes are not well clean itiching occurs,they are charging for everything but nothing is working tv light,AC,wifi & water..specialy their intention only for money not good service..So Don't waste money by staying there go for other rooms..it's not like for one star also👎.very poor👎👎

Oyo and the hotel making customer fool.
In Oyo booking it was showing 900 and after reaching at hotel they asked 1500 for the same room and Oyo is also helpless and I was in a hurry so I stayed there by giving 1500.
There is no hygiene and worst place to stay and I checked out after 3 hr.

Worst guest house in Bhubaneswar and staffs thinks themselves owner .
I booked it in 2400 for 2 days but they asked me more 600.When I denied and complaint to Oyo customer care the manager sitting in the counter didn't picked up the phone of the oyo executive.
I never judge someone's profession but this time I can say to the staff "NAUKAR HO NAUKAR KI TARAH RAHO" with no guilt and no shame
