pros:-1.Rooms including tv, fan, light, ac are good, dining hall is perfect include its dishes are of #super tastes. washrooms are good.2.room service is good. but u may face some delay as in mine case may be. 3.electric service works properly like ac, fan, charging socket, lift, lights, etc. 4.You will recieve a genuine and lovable behaviour from the hotel staffs and good resposes to your complaints effectively. 5.perfect blanket on nice bed is there for comfy sleep n jerk off😆cons:-1.situated in a highway so there is no food hotel or dhaba nearby not atm and , medicine store within 1.5 kms and there is no divider on the highway which results into huge cost demanded by auto driver to make you reach to the hotel or if you not agree with the demanded auto charge then you have to cross the highway by crouching and jumping through the railing at a high risk. 2.auto fare is very high and there is no ola uber bro. so just take the no. of auto drivers for travelling.3.market is far away from hotel location so if you want to book a hotelroom for shopping purpose kindly find it nearby the main market.if you dont know the market name then locate reliance trends, sambalpur in the map and finds it on that path only. 4.bathroom are good but its water becomes heated up in the day time without turning on the geyser.5.food price are very high. like 1 chappati cost ₹30 so just predict the other menu items so if you want to save some money then ask for filling the water bottle from the aquaguard presented in the dining hall. and if you give a order for food to deliver to your room their is a addtional charge dear. 6.only on your call room service man will come as they dont come on their own will. 7.No facility like wall sticker to hang your wet clothes so you have to put in one the chair. but their is a almirah where you can put your clothes properly. 8.Rooms gates are not so working good as i face in room.9.no facility from the hotel management regarding vehicle needs for travelling, etc

best budget hotel in Sambalpur near the bus stand. convenient location, nice clean rooms and washrooms. good vegetarian restaurant. excellent service as well. overall highly satisfied in all respects. suitable for both business and family travel.

Towards the extreme of rudeness and unempathetic customer appraoch, based on my check in I was forced to checkout at 5.00 AM morning with no logical reason. Any logical hotelier would have allowed to extend till 7.00 AM or 8.00 AM.

positives: nice staff, good food, clean room, location wise, it's on national highway between ainthapali and bareipali chowk.

negatives: no free wifi service, no free breakfast provided as it happens in all nice star category hotels. rooms and amenities can be maintained in a better way.

Hotel KC Palace is really a royal and luxury Veg. Hotel in Sambalpur. I have visited the hotel many a time with friends and family and every time I get a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Service, food quality and taste always maintained upto marks. Price is very reasonable and pocket friendly for all categories. Preparations are superb and delicious . It's one of the high rated and recommended hotel. Have a visit once to enjoy the taste.

Quality of food is very bad. AC was not working. Ordered lemon coriander soup, mixed noodles and chilli mushrooms. Mushroom was not fresh, soup and noodles (Chinese food) had turmeric in it.

I booked that hotel for one night from check-in 15/12/2022 to 16/12/2022 through MMT for business purpose. At the time of booking I already mentioned for early check-in at 9AM but when I visited there on 15/12/2022 morning at 10AM, they denied to check-in and told to wait till 12PM. The behavior of receptionist was not good and very unprofessional. So, I left that place, cancelled my whole booking. I booked another hotel and greeted hassle free check-in.

Yellow patches on wall, bed, pillow cover, blanket. Yellow patches on the bathroom wall, the comode has no hand shower for cleaning up butt. This was my room. Business class deluxe.
