Hotel Pushpak

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to one major reason. I booked this hotel for my aged parents since they were travelling on their own. I had mentioned in my booking to allow a late checkout due to a last minute change in flight schedule. If the hotel was not okay with the late checkout they should not have accepted the booking. My parents after reaching the hotel were told to checkout next day at 11 AM. My father had to request a lot, however they did not budge and allowed only upon paying an additional day's cost for extending their stay for 4 hours. Had they mentioned it prior to accepting my booking we would not have been so shocked about it and we would have booked another hotel. Having to see my parents go through this is painful. I was myself planning to stay here during my visit but I have decided against it due to this behaviour from the management.

I would however like to appreciate the courteous staff, room service, really good breakfast and tasty restaurant food. Due to this I am giving a 2 star else I would have given 1 star.

Very nice place to have an event. The staff are very polite and their decorations are very creative. I love the food especially the best mutton Rogan Josh I had in my life. You can also get a buffet at a very affordable price. They charge only Rs 600/- for a buffet which has so many options of food.

Hotel location is in the heart of the city. We got Junior Suite and it was extremely good. Neet and clean. Excellent room ambiance. Staff behaviour was also polite. Food was excellent and tasty. Overall memorable stay at Hotel Pushpak.

Quality of room need to improve, lack of natural light & proper electric bulbs inside the room, no attached balcony with room.

Amazing hospitality by the staff for our recent stay at hotel Pushpak... Rooms were clean... The location is near the airport and all the shops and market is nearby the hotel. The food quality is good and breakfast spread was also good. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and had a very pleasant experience.

I had booked lily hall for the celebration of 1st birthday of my son on 29th November 2022. It was an evening worth remembering. Everything in that evening was fantastic. The food served by the hotel was delicious and mind-blowing. The hospitality of the entire management team was so appealing that I recommend my viewers to go through this review and suggest your near and dear ones for any kind of occasion and celebration.

Hotel pushpak is excellent in all aspects like location, food, cleanliness and hospitality. They took care so well and were very much helpful for us. A great stay and memorable. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming bhubaneshwar. Room service and cleanliness was top notch special.mention to Biswajit and padma They took care so well. Excellent location, rooms was well furnished and maintained; their breakfast is awesome - very good spread and quality.
I had stayed for 3 days and returned back a few days later for another night stay, and they upgraded my room, which was very nice too.
Overall, an excellent experience, courteous staff and very good food.
