Hotel Micro Continental

We stayed here for a night to take a break from our long drive journey and the hospitality we gained was beyond expectation. The staffs are very much supporting and as we were travelling with a child , so they took care of every comfort. The room was very nice and specious and the food was also good

I visited here for lunch. Excellent, clean restaurant with good ambience.
Quality of food is Outstanding. Staff is also prompt and customer oriented. Must visit at Jharsuguda.

Old hotel but with good service. Rooms are ok, large in size, clean with minimum required amenities. Washrooms are big in size. Service is quick and food is also good. Employees are very friendly and helpful. One side cab service is complimentary for station or airport. Not that costly in terms of tariff and food costs. The lobby of each floors is large.

Taste is okay okay , price is high in compare to taste.
Their quantity can be differ according to number of person 😂( no change in price)

Very Very Bad Experience: 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This hotel is not a friendly one for any foreigners. I had come for my Father in-law Burial and i decided to stay there for a night and they treated me like a THIEF.. they asked me so many questions. I am an Actor and I am a Permanent Resident of India, gave them my aadhar card they said no, pan card they said no. They wanted me to give my passport and Visa so i gave them this also even still, they were asking why I am in India, since when did i come, I should give my wife's address, give my address in my country, proof of address etc and most importantly they did not ask all these things in a friendly manner. THEY WERE SO RUDE in the manner they were asking... The front desk manager was looking at me up and down like I did some crime to them. I booked the deluxe room and even that was dirty and below the standard of a 3000 per night hotel. Here in Delhi you pay 3000 you get amazing 4 star rooms but in the middle of nowhere Jharsuguda you pay this much and get cheap 1000rs room quality and so much suspicion on everything you do. When i was checking out, Again they stopped me and we're interrogating me about if i paid the Resturant food bill.. i had paid this bill since yesterday but because their Resturant manager did not tell them I had paid they did not let me leave until I went to my phone to search my payments history to show them that i paid the bill since yesterday. Finally I checked out and still the next day they were still disturbing my wife with calls that she should verify her address and they want to submit it to POLICE etc.. It was so annoying and harassing. So much Drama just to book one hotel room... Absolutely Horrible front Desk Staff... I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! The only thing good about this place is their restaurant.

They take more money but can't give such good food.
Neat and clean but food doesn't taste so good .

I had dinner here with Family. Food was nice and service was also good.
