Good hotel for staying. Foods are normal. Breakfast menu is very poor. It's need to be checked by the proper authority. Staffs and other persons are customer friendly.

If i have more stars then I'll give this place 100 stars. Firstly they have very good facilities. Whenever you call the receptionist for queries they are available 24/7. They took very good care of their customers. Very good security, neat and clean rooms and nice room services.

It was my birthday and ofcourse the kind of special atmosphere makes you ignore certain things but It was really hard to miss the slow service offered here. Plus the taste of the food wasn't that great - given the high end cost of the menu.
Same goes for the bar- I ordered a LIIT and the taste was so off, it had rum as it's main content (that too I believe old monk) plus they charged 700 buck for a small glass which is really expensive.
If you're wanting to go here on a date then it's the perfect spot - just make sure to have some starters ordered before to avoid the embarrassment. The interiors/decors is really worth noting.
Behaviour of the staff was also great -they had a smile on their faces all the time amd that should suffice I guess

The food served was cold, although it was really late to serve. Though the ambiance was ok, the service was a real downer. Not value for money.

Worst experience ever faced. Food was stale. Chicken lollipop served was not fresh. Manager behaviour was also very rude. Don't recommend eating here.

Good hotel, service is good , but road communication facility is slightly distance around 600 to 800 mtr ,
