Treebo Trend Oasis

Who is giving these one star worthy hotels 3 stars? It's not even a proper hotel. The second floor of a building has been converted into a hotel. No bathroom accessories have been provided and cleanliness isn't upto the mark. Moreover they're charging so much.

Rooms are small but comfortable and bed are also small but manageable. AC was quite comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean.
Front desk person was quite helpful and friendly.

Breakfast served in room only, its not like any other hotel type buffet breakfast with lot of menu but decent options available and taste was good.

Located on the Cuttack puri road around 1.5km from the railway station (platform 6). Accessable through auto services from the railway station.

Treebo policy is bit awkward, they charge aditional 500₹ for 2nd guest in the same room.

Overall not bad experience but compared to the amount they charge it is little bit on the expensive side.

This hotel is simply wow in each n every aspect be it staff, rooms, cleanliness or food. I just loved each n every bit of my stay of 1 night. The rooms were very clean and all the furniture was in excellent condition.
Breakfast was delicious. Really loved the stay and the reception guy pratap was too helpful.

Our stay was made very comfortable and memorable by Mr. Pratap and his team. They are warm and caring people and ensure you have a good time! The hotel is very well located and anyone wanting to travel on a budget should consider staying here!

Hotel under renovation. Rooms was small. But clean and spacious washroom. Small balcony with road view. Near to main road. Easy to locate. Good staff behavior.

Part of hotel is under construction but that is not the main problem. We stayed there for couple of hours only as we needed to test before taking the flight. The room was dirty, there were spir marks on the walls, bedsheets and spreads were not fresh, food ordered was bought from outside aand it was cold, the tiny packets of milk powder, coffee powder etc were expired. Overall a bad experience.

I actually had a pleasant stay. This hotel is actually on the second floor of a commercial building. In the floors below renovation is going on. That not much issue other than some construction noises.
Recommended for everyone.

Pros.
1. If you are traveling by your car you have petrol pump in the next building. You can wash your car over there too.
2. This hotel is very close to car accessories and detailing market of Bhubaneswar so you have lots of options in that matter.
3. In the first floor there is a veg restaurant fully operational which is not the part of the hotel. You can have your food from there.
4. Restaurant provides nonveg food too. They actually brings food from outside and serves. You can use swiggy too if you wish.
5. Rooms are not too big, but has a separate modified balcony for smoking.
6. Very close to railway station.
7. Very nice car park with surveillance cameras.
8. You have Naturals hair salon in the same building.

Cons.
1. Front of the building is bit dark at night.
2. Very few rooms are there, and i think all in same floor.
3. Sometimes due to the renovation lift is switched off. So staircases are the only option to access the hotel. Like when we got to the hotel we had to go through the stairs with our luggage.
4. Dust are there in the stairs again due to renovation.

Room was clean, complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
