location is prime.
great place for business stay. they offer meetings rooms.
staff polite
rooms slightly smaller than expected.
has all basic amenities for business trio. meeting room, corporate lunch buffet for dealer meets and a comfortable lobby

Room was Nice and had pretty good sleep.
Bathroom was nice, properly cleaned.
Attitude of receptionist was bit demanding but still managed.

Complimentary breakfast ok.

The bar service closes by 11 PM, they will rush you to complete your food and drink before 11 PM, so that they can close and sleep. However food was good.

Had good parking space.

There is another lady next to reception who helps to get the taxi which was helpful.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

Location : Located on the main road. But still bit difficult to locate.
Parking : Ample parking space available
Lift : Lift was available and working
Ambience : Need to improve very much on this.
Rooms : Rooms are big enough with all basic amenities.
Staff : Most of them are semi skilled and not understand anything at first instance. Need to explain things in detail.
Food : Food was good

Overall, it's a hotel by TATA group but all the things are at BASIC level. Need to improve.

Decent place but bit overpriced. Ginger shouldn't be charging more than 3k-3.5k for the quality of hotels they have. We paid almost 5k here. Service was good. Staff was helpful. Location is fantastic. Good food. Open parking available.

The lobby and building are beautiful and spacious but residents don't get to stay there. Rather they are given small gloomy rooms (especially if you travel alone) to spend. While you recover from the shock of the quality of room as compared with online pictures the service ensures that the shocking experience continues. I was amazed when I made a request for a hair dryer but it failed to reach to my room. Wheras the same house keeping was concerned that my room was not cleaned and in desperation not only banged my door to wake me up but also checked in my room (w/o my consent) to ask me personally. Rude of me not to reply in time, the house keeping decided they will try once again and indeed succeeded. I am amazed to experience such hospitality where the housekeeping simply enters your room without your consent and that too in the evening for cleaning.

To my fellow colleagues, If you have money and don't really get bothered waking up from your sleep to get your housekeeping done, I would surely recommend Ginger. But for those who don't like the Ginger after taste, I would recommend you to stay in neighboring hotels which are similarly rated.

Stayed for 2 nights

The location is cool, ample space within premises, the lobby area and breakfast were great. However the rooms didn’t meet the expectations, at least not for the price paid. They looked a bit old, crunched for space and like a local hotel. The gym is for namesake

It is very close to NH16. The parking area is large. It's uncovered parking.
The personnel at the desk were very polite and cooperative.
I opted for a package with breakfast and one meal. I went for dinner, which was a buffet. In the case of lunch, it was a thali system. I would recommend going with a buffet as that provides more choices of food. The food was decent in terms of quality and variety.
The service personnel were prompt and maintained the room clean. Mr Panda was very cordial and helpful.
The members were very helpful towards my parents.

Rooms are small but feeling spacious, good view out of the room. Hot shower is available. Comfortable matress and pillows. At the ground floor the restaurant + bar is amazing. The staff is good. Location is good. Sharing some pics of room and hotel.
