Disgusting experience. Terrible room service, and restaurant service. Had to wait more than 1 hour to get a cup of tea, which was still not prepared and finally had to go out to get that. Insects coming out from AC, AC is leaking and water coming into the room. Toileteries are extremely small in size, which is not even sufficient for a day for 1 person, given to a room booked for 3 adults.. this hotel is extensively difficult to reach due to broken roads and water accumulation. No auto or taxi driver is ready to come near the hotel due to this. Had to walk the entire way in water to reach the hotel.

Had to wait 2 hrs for lunch after placing order, and taste was terrible too without any salt and spices. No toilet paper in washroom. All water

bottles are being sold at more than their MRP which is illegal.

Unimaginably poor room service. No one sent to the room for cleaning after calling 3-4 times. All curtains are dirty and AC vent is full of dirt.

I am regretting my decision of booking this hotel. I want a full refund in return of this tormenting experience

It doesn’t meet the expectation. Too costly as per its facilities.
Please don’t include Dinner if you are planning to stay here. Diner is pathetic, breakfast is Ok. Rooms are not clean. It is not a proper hotel. They created hotel in a residential society and rooms condition is not good. One can not rest in daytime because of lights; curtains are so thin and Dirty.
Lift is very poor. Too slow with capacity of 4 people only and very smelly.

I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property and staffs are good, though food is average. One need to have own commute facility to move around the city. Enjoyed my stay for a night and would recommend.

It's not a Hotel, they have converted Residential Society to a Hotel.
Location is Poor. No see View.
You have to reach here via Narrow Lane.
Food is good.

I with my family (north Indian) stay at La Platina resort but took food in pipul resturant. Staff behavoiur is quite nice and supportive. First of all breakfast is buffet and with limmited options but good in taste and enough for a family. Price is 299+ gst for a person. Dinner is all carte. We tried Mix veg and kadhai paneer with dal and tawa roti which was hyginic and tasty. Cost was about 300 per person. I found this resturant best for family in the resort though prices are little bit higher. I expect it will be more lucrative in future.

Room was spacious and clean.. its bit far from beach but you get auto easily. If u want to stay in solace place its good.. food service is slow.. breakfast was okay type

Nice comfortable rooms with a balcony..Service okay but a bit down on cleanliness but overall a good experience. spacious surrounding.ample space for car parking. separate dining space...staff very cordial and cooperative .

This hotel is at extreme end of Puri. If you are on self travel, it's fine or else you'll have to probably wait long to get any ride till beach or the temple. Food tastes horrible and rates are exorbitantly high. Swimming pool is quite good.
