HOTEL PUSHPA (Berries Group of Hotels)

Everything at Puspa hotel was nice and value for money. Location is walkable distance from sea beach. Staffs were polite and helpful. They are maintaining cleanliness. Food is bit expensive but thats what is business i think in that industry. Small thing like keeping a bin would have helped.
My family enjoyed the stay. Even if check out time was 7 am they gave me 1 hr buffer. May be its bcuz of timing of the year. Overall nice stay.

Excellent experience! The hotel staff were extremely helpful in every way possible, they took care of my mother like a loving family member would. Everything was neat and clean too. Being solo female visitor, they provided her with lady staff all the time. They even helped her get a ride back to the station. I'm go glad we booked this hotel for her. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Puri.

Warm welcome at reception on arrival and very quick check-in to room. Spacious room with beautiful balcony to spend time with family to have tea & snacks. Excellent breakfast and beautiful outside ambience. Tasty food. It's value for money for a day if booked in advance.

The location of the hotel is very near to sea beach. The hotel is very well maintained and looks lavish. The service is top notch and the food served (buffet) is delicious and very tasty. The rooms are good but very spacious. Moreover, the view offered by the rooms is very beautiful. Best Hotel at Puri. Beautifully build. Has everything inside the campus. Best place to spend vacations beautiful sea. The level of beauty is just awesome. This is a place u will never forget through out your life.

Great hospitality. All staffs are very good. Very nice, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Just few steps walking distance from sea beach. Only veg food is available but quality of food is awesome. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. I strongly recommended to others to stay in this hotel.

We booked two superior rooms with side sea view for four nights. here what we got--
1.False description of rooms on make my trip to scam people. There is no sea view from room. The ocean and beach can be viewed only from the terrace.
2.The premium rooms are located on the top floor. The lift is kind of weird and can't carry more than 2-3 people at a time. Without the sea view, we did not have any reason for bearing with this as well. So, we requested them to change the room.
3. We finally got shifted to the classic room which are of much lower rent. Though we have paid the entire amount at the time of booking those superior rooms, they said that the extra money cannot be adjusted !!!!
4. The washroom door lock was broken.
5.The food quality is poor. The staff behavior is really bad. They don't have the patience to take orders over phone. Forget about proper greeting and closing the call.
6. Behavior of a senior staff was really rude. On the day of check in only, we informed them that we may need to check out at 8-30 am. The staff at receptionist agreed to that and asked us to vacate one room at 7am. However, when we went to pay bill at 8 am, a senior staff with specs started an argument with us. He said that he had no info regarding this and we need to pay 500 extra. the others such as the cleaning staff and security are cordial although.
Giving it 1 star as there are no other option. Won't recommend it to anyone ever.

One of the best hotels in Puri. It is just 300m from the sea beach. If you are looking for an affordable hotel then it's the best choice for you. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The room service was very good and the receptionist behaviour towards the visitors was very kind.

Location of Hotel is fine . Hassle free /Quick check in process. But room is very small and not maintained properly . AC filter and Fans were not cleaned for months and throws out dirt. AC was also not good as good as fan . Bathroom door /WC seats are loose/ broken . Food quality is also not good and is ok . Better hotels nearby for similar cost
