OYO 66584 New Jagamara Guest House

The location was good. It was very near to the Baramunda bus stand and nearby khandagire . But the facilities given by the guest house was not satisfactory. There were lot of mosquitos in the room and the sliding door of the washroom and bathroom hot water is not coming. Most important thing there is no kitchen then food🍲 provide the outside kitchen

Staff behaviour is not good..overpriced hotel..stayed there on Sunday....bedsheet were dirty..AC was cooling very less..bad smell was coming from toilet and room..overall experience is very bad..I had no option in nearby areas that's why stayed there

1st. Inside the room there's no hook or anything else to keep clothes.

2nd. Inside the bathroom there's no lock, no soap case etc.

3rd. As per fare the rooms are not good.

It ok service were good but little costly

I don't know how this hotel is still there. We came to bhubaneswar in the night and this autowallas tricked us to this hotel as we're exhausted so didn't see anything properly. That's the big mistake. They're using thermocols instead of mattress and cheating customers like anything. When we confronted the reception guy, he was laughing as he was aware of this and gave mattress to us. Bedsheets with full of stains, pillows 3rd grade quality and bathrooms are worst than public toilets outside.

Clean and nice rooms with washrooms. Friendly staffs. Reasonable price. Location is good too.

Room and bathroom floor is very dirty . Bed sheets also not clean

Okay type. Some rooms does not have bathroom attached to it. Price is also economical. Depend on customers need but won't recommend to stay at night considering the bed condition, in that price other hotels are giving better service.
