The hotel is moderately o.k.parking and eatingfacilities are not available.The sea shore is close to the Hotel.Narrow road approaching the Hotel exists. The Hotel management should either provide gyser in the bathroom to get hot water during cold or provide the same by levying a low charge . Other wise the hotel is good for stay purpose.

I booked 4 days stay at Hotel E Taj Puri and it is definitely not worth a single penny. The first impression was pathetic as when we entered the room, it was stinking as hell. The room conditions are unhygienic with spider web across the walls, white stained curtains and dirty walls. There is a western toilet but unfortunately there is no jet attached with it, you have to use your own plastic bottle or use the one and only mug which you use for bathing. There is no dustbin present in the room and you have to come out of the room to throw any garbage. Now you can imagine how hygienic it is. In the name of toiletries, the hotel staff just provided one tiny soap and a towel and that too when we asked for it and to make it clear, same towel was there for 4 days without any replacement. The small TV is just kept as a showpiece as it doesn't has a setup box. The bedsheet too wasn't changed and we had to bear with it for our full period of stay. Beneath and on the side of mattress you can also find sand and clay from the beach. Cheap quality blanket was provided which had a hole in it. The hotel lobbies and verandah are quite dirty with tobacco spits all over the walls. No wifi services as well. There is no such thing as room service in this Hotel. The hotel staff is also not kind and their behaviour seems to be just rude. Infact on our check out day before our checkout time , one of the staff knocked the door and asked us that he wanted to show room to some of the guests and this happened twice... this is really unacceptable as it led to our privacy breach keeping in mind that ladies were also there in my family. I would also recommend that you don't go for packages offered by their travel desk as they charge 500-700 extra amount than what it is offered by other travel vendors. Now I leave it to the discretion of you all whether you still want to stay in this Hotel or not.

hotel is near to sea beach,walking distance is about 2 minute. hotel stuff behaviour is good enough. no compromise with out time.perfect 8a.m. nice for this discipline.i like it. free to stay there like your home. every morning at 9a.m room cleaning is done with lemon phenayle by swiper.main door open max for 12a.m night. I have post some photos. TV was running condition. I had booked at the time of dol purnima. pick time was there.

It is a good place at low cost. The main beach of puri is about 2km from here. So if you want to go and stay near the main sea beach don't chose the place. The service of the hotel staff is not satisfactory at all. If you want to stay in Puri at low cost this may be your place. You yourself can cook here.

Not very clean and tidy with a stinky atmosphere. Rooms are not airy and service is poor. Washrooms are not properly cleaned and the floors of the living rooms are dirty and sticky. No lift facility is available on site and fresh drinking water is also not available. Overall experience is not so good.
