If you compare at this cost of the category hotels in Shillong. then I suggest go for it. it is located opposite of Elephant falls. At the evening time you just spend time in police Bazar and then return back to This guest house. you really feel cold because of low population around the area. so i am describe about the hotel in some criteria. 1) Room:- You will get all the basic facility which you need to stay in a hotel. like Towel, Wardrobe, TV, Shampoo, Geyser, Blanket, Tea kettle, Chair, intercom, Tea/coffee/Sugar sachet. all the basic necessities is available in the room. 2) Breakfast:- At this cost you will get 2 items In buffet apart if you prefer eggs then you can order separately and of course it is include in Breakfast. And unbelievable it is good. 3) Staff and Behavior:- They are really cool. But i did not like the manager who is sitting in sofa near reception and no polite manner. Even he has no courtesy to welcome you. Apart receptionist and the service girl(Staff who is coordinate from checkin-breakfast-checkout) all the time. A beautiful Khasi Girl. Her behavior is very cool. that's make our stay very helpful with our family. Overall conclusion:- It is a cheap and best budget stay. Parking space is also a big head turn for private vehicle. they have a good parking space. so don't think twice it's good. Staff behavior and their service. And the other hand Room amenities and the breakfast. Obviously at this much of cost compare then the other hotel. It is best. GooD Luck

The view is amazing and chilled far away from city hustle. One can wake up to beautiful view of the hills and running clouds.The service is really good and the staffs are very welcoming ,they even serve you some amazing delicious food. One must try out their Veg Manchurian(recommend). Need a break from your regular routine,just check in to the beautiful property and relax.

Nice neat and clean rooms , rooms are at par with the price and they are affordable. Food qualities are a bit less per plate for some items, so just keep in mind before ordering. Overall had a good experience🥳

The lady at the desk was very helpful and resourceful. She managed to arrange vehicles, food and helped us with everything we needed. The staff were good. The food was good too.

Room and blankets are clean. geyser takes about 10 minutes for hot water in November as outside temperature is about 10°C. Mattress is ok but it is bit hard. Delivery of food takes about 1 hour so order early. Ventilation is poor but I'm November month it will keep room warm.

Pros :
The place is reachable with a car.

The room cost is descent.

There is a space available for 3 car parks.

There is dinner available in the stay which is good.

They also provide complimentary breakfast but the other room mates empty them as soon as it arrives. Mostly Bread and poori would be the breakfast during our 3 days stay.

The heater was veey good.

There was heavy cold inside the room and hence we requested for extra banquet .

Cons :
The main problem is the type of bed used which is always cold and gets even more colder during the midnight. Since we stayed in first floor rooms, the room became more colder during the night.

A simple nice Treebo property little far from main Shillong market, located in Mawklot region 12km from Police Bazaar. A peaceful area, breakfast and dinner available, veg/non-veg food options available as well.

Bad experience, Considering the weather since it's winter, the staff should have provide a proper blanket. The room are clean and well put but the food service is bad and also basic commodities like a room heater is extra charge. Check out time is 11,

When we stayed there, it's almost like they're kicking us out! Knocking on our doors early in the morning, couldn't have a proper sleep.
