OYO Hotel Navneeta Palace

We certainly had a set of bad experiences like the room that we checked in did not have any geyser working and the water was muddy, luckily another room was available and that room was extremely cold. We also couldn't get anyone to repair our toilet seat that was broken...food was good but the room service was very bad ..... Receptionist mentioned that the crisis was due to staff shortage due to Christmas season , which certainly made no sense.

receptionist behavior is unpleasant. i booked through oyo, receptionist ask me to open the oyo app telling that he'll show something and rate by himself the 5star without my knowledge. Nonsense behavior. further they switched off the power of rooms leaving only one light at each room. don't get fool by rating, that guy is duping everyone likewise. few rooms seems to be never cleaned in ages.

Hotel providing good room service with ample parking space and good food compared to the prices charged...Rooms are a bit old fashioned and need to get upgraded but compared to its tariff, justified...

I tried to contact them to ask about the location but it seems the number is switched off, so we started to search from google and asked help from the locals. Rooms are dirty, staff are unprofessional and smell alcohol during working hours. The geyser is not working at all, The bedsheet is not clean it seems they use the same for two to three days, when asked for a new bedsheet the staff got angry and started to stare at us like they wanted to shout, Worse experience.

Very poor stay. Staff absolutely unprofessional. Horrible stay really check the review before booking the room. Once I reached the hotel on 06 Oct I asked for the room booked by me they told there is no room booked.absolutely rubbish thing as they knew the amount of booking. I reached there with my wife and children feeling absolutely embarrassing. They asked me to book without OYO. I agreed as I was in very helpless condition. Once I reached the room after paying the 4 days booking the room was dirty bedsheet was there appearing unwashed and used. Blanket was irregular size and dirty. Once I reached the room next day after completing my one day trip I asked weather my room is cleaned or not they started arguing with me in from of my family and children. Similarly next day I handed of the key and asked for cleaning of room at early 0600 and reached at 0700pm . Room was not cleaned only the used bedsheet were placed. I asked why it was not done they started mishandling. And told me to do FIR IN POLICE if having problem. It was really very bad situation. Staff was totally unprofessional don't know how to speak with tourist. Again while booking kindly check the reviews.

don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.such a bogus service ,they took 1 hour to give drinking water. receptionist was terrible behaviour
