Hotel Nirmala

Cheap hotel. Service is good. Location good. Rooms are small but tidy. Staff behavior is neutral. They don't speak much. Behavior at the reception is very cold. Restaurant food is good. Toilet is good. House keeping is good. Rooms are having room heater of rod type, which is not much in use in winter.

Stayed in Hotel Nirmala for first time and though initially it felt a bit costly, later it proved to be a good experience by staying here..
This Hotel is very conveniently located in M.G. Avenue, with markets and amenities all around..
Highly recommended for business travelers with most of their guests being regulars..
Owner/ Manager knows these regular guests by their name, their choice of rooms and food habits..
Even Staffs are quite helpful and caring, providing their guests with prompt service and personal care..
Complementary breakfast & water bottles, with electric kettle, tea kit, sugar cubes kept for guests in every room..
Restaurant foods are very good, deliciously tasty and isn't at all costly..

No parking area that's the main issue. Plz upgrade conference hall tools and equipments.

I was on official visit to Imphal first time, but they (hotel & staff) made it memorable forever. An awesome experience. Thanks to computer centre also for their gread deed for the people of extreme north east.

I have been lodging in this Hotel since early 90 s and I like it's location and the room tariff is very reasonable, it is located in the centre of the city which is quite convenient, the food is good and one can enjoy a quite stay....
