Excellent experience during my stay! The hotel is very well maintained, always with a fresh scent and clean at all times. What's more pleasant than the good service is the staff who make you feel very welcome at all times! Special mention to the food and their distinctive sweets from their daily buffets for every meal of the day! P.S. You would consider yourself a very lucky person if you get the chef's offer from time to time! Definitely a place to go to if you are looking for a stay in Mumbai! 😬😬 (Original text) Excellent experience during my stay! My stay here was very very good. It's because of the staff, their service, ambience etc. You name it, they have it. Especially I found the ladies staff at breakfast buffet are quite pleasant and also they greet you so well. Sanjay who is a life guard and a gym trainer who is quite skilled. He taught me how to do freestyle swimming in one attempt and deep diving swimming and in one attempt.

My feedback is for a restaurant in this hotel.

We went as a family for lunch on a Sunday afternoon to their make shift restaurant while their 180 degree restaurant was undergoing renovation. The food taste was quite average since my last two visits. Some of the starters such as crispy corn were oily. Sweet Corn Soup was sweetened with sugar.

The service quality has dropped too. No one escorted us when we entered the 180 degree restaurant. We were told to go and get cutlery from the buffet instead of them bringing it to the table. When we complained and lectured them about the poor service quality the manager showed up (late) and he became nice to us and started bringing the bread to our table paying attention to our needs and offering sweets to make up for the poor service.

This 3-star Sarovar hotel has been taken over by Radisson but the service is not up to the 3-star mark. It seems the hotel gets its revenue from people staying within the hotel who seemed ok with the food but we didn’t see visitors coming for lunch. The staff lack the professionalism that is expected of a 3-star.

I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant place for corporate dining.

Last visit to any of the Radisson across India. They were aware that this is a Business trip with a Conference booking. For 2 days they gave us their conference hall at the Grand Blossom with food for 40 odd people. Very good arrangements there be it food or the conference amenities.

3rd day we got to the Conference hall at Radisson as we were only 15 odd people for the last day and offered us TDH service. The Food at the restaurant was very bad, dead cold/frozen from the inside. Delayed service, not all main Courses were served in one go and we waited for good 70-odd minutes with multiple follow-ups for food (sadly no full TDH menu was served). Out of 4 desserts, only 1 (Badam Halwa) was served, and that too very very cold.

Jatin the Floor Manager was least bothered about the feedback shared and just said he will pass the feedback to the chef.

Trust me you lost a good business (10 odd Hotel Rooms booked for 2 days, Conference for 3 days). Might be it won't impact you much, but the experience my team had, won't be forgotten for a longer time.

Would like to appreciate your Team Member Faiz for his excellent service and enthusiasm.

It's been almost a week in Radisson.  Till now the Journey has been memorable. Each and every staff member is always there to help you with a smile. I understand it is their Job however they are always going that extra mile to help you. For instance, on my first day at the hotel my husband got sick. He had a high fever. The night shift Manager Mr. Rakesh Yadav helped us in every way possible , starting from talking to a known doctor, driving me to the nearest chemist shop. Thank you Rakesh for helping us. My husband feels much better now. I would also like to thank the house keeping staff . Thank you Novel from housekeeping for making our stay comfortable. Thank you to all the servers during the breakfast, Neeta , Nisha, Neelam, Vishal. Thank you Umar for helping me to remember these names. I am sorry if I am missing any of the names. At last thank you to the amazing security, the Guards..who are standing all day and opening the gate with a lovely smile.

The hotel amenities and interiors are good. The room area near the bed was a little congested but the bathroom and dressing area are spacious. Good variety and deals in the food and bar menu. The taste is also good. The staff is polite, friendly and professional.

The only thing which takes 2 stars out of this review is that there was some construction work going on, on the floors above us. There was continuous drilling and hammering sound. We had to complain twice to the reception to make it stop as we wanted to rest in the afternoon.

The hotel management could’ve been careful in giving us a room away from the construction area. However, it was a road side room so the view was good.
