The Park Hotels Navi Mumbai

Clean rooms, delicious food at West-1 restaurant, and awesome service. Complements to Mr. Suraj. Had a great experience. Sunday brunch is a special attraction and I would say it's worth it. In-room dining is just ok. I would recommend dining at their restaurant. Pool is clean, restrooms needs maintenance. Overall, a thumbs up.

It was a great experience. The breakfast options available on the buffet were vast and each item was made to perfection. The staff were very helpful and sweet.

We happened to forget an item at the hotel, and they called us by themselves and couriered it to us.

Very very pathetic service and not worth of money at all☹️.. the failed to provide the room as per our requirement though we paid in advance.. room service is even poorer.. it took an hour to provide a bottle of water.. while we ask for a blanket, they brought bed sheet where cockroaches were roaming around..😥😥

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 5 nights! And whoa what an experience, I must say it was an amazing fulfilling one! The ambience, the rooms, the house keeping and of course the FOOD all was just splendid! Believe me, The food is just out of the world! Breakfast and dinner buffet are just worth the money! The staff is very nice and helpful. The poolside area is very beautiful, don't miss that!

Had the worst spent New Year party this year in this hotel. Awfully bad, worst than any small hotel. Very average menu, untidy and unclean buffet display... Food was out of stock most of the times. They had taken bookings of twice or three times the capacity. Does not go with the brand name amd the promoting company. Nor upto the standard nor value for the money they charged. Hopelessly bad.

We attended 31st party this year and experienced biggest disappointment of this year. Expect little quality with their name. Sold tickets to thousand people which they are not capable to handle. Food went out of stock from 9 pm in the evening. Manager should have taken little care while panning this.

Very very bad service. They are opening our room and taking our extra beds and all without permission. The guy who was there in the reception was not at all a responsible one. Overall very bad service at high price.The house keeping staff are very polite.

The stay at Park was above and beyond my expectations. The housekeeping staff Anil Pal and Rajesh Gautam made sure the cleanliness of the room was upto the mark. Everyone right from the reception to the restaurant s and taff everyone exhibited professionalism. Good experience
