There Restaurant Melting Point has some very good food the portions are also big It's a must visit if in Juhu Beach area

We had visited this hotel in 2018 when we had a decent experience of this hotel. however, when we went for booking of this hotel recently, the booking manager had taken money from us through QR code. When we wished to cancel the booking, he failed to return the amount. we asked him to return the amount by cheque but he declined. He also did not allow us to speak to his higher authorities. We had a big mental torture and harassment while dealing with this gentleman. Everyone please be alert while paying booking amount to this hotel.

My feedback is about the restaurant "Melting Pot" where we went for a dinner in first week of October. The restaurant is very spacious with enough privacy. The staffs extremely courteous & well mannered. Valet parking service is available. Only negative about the restaurant is it's menu price tag which is very high.ay not be a place for regular visit.

Had the most harrowing experience at Juhu Residency - made a booking for 11 nights for an Executive Room (which I had seen when I visited the property in November) basis which I made the booking. Was offered a completely different room with cracked walls, a dirty washroom - all the more pathetic staff behaviour. They turn around and tell me that if other guests are staying why can’t you? Not ready to cancel my booking and refund the advance amount of 25,000/- and also not ready to move me to the next category of rooms even when I am willing to pay a justifiable amount for the same.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
