Treebo Trend Shree Sai Suites

The property has lost its service which was great earlier. The rooms were not clean. Cleaning done after we complained. lift, Air conditioning, TV nothing was working. No food or even tea available at 4 pm. Tea served at 6.30 pm . About food we were directed to nearby hotel. It seems some big issue about management. Fortunately staff is polite and helping. Visit this place only if you don't have any option.
Great scope of improvment as system is in place but it's not being kept functional.

I stayed in this hotel in first week of November 2022 with my family. Typically when it's a Treebo Trend hotel the breakfast spread is decent and unlimited. However here they had just two options and we could choose only one of those and that too only one portion/plate. It's too less a quantity even for kids. On asking they allowed unlimited though they didn't mention so clearly and I came to know only during billing that they hadn't charged for the additional plates. In any case I had breakfast only once there since they didn't have good spread. Also there preparation was basic. It'll remind you of sandwich one would have had in konkan 15-20 years back. It's literally vegetables and bread. No butter, very little chutney. Location is fine. Staff was OK, could be more courteous. But for the price I paid it's totally disappointing. Have had better experiences in kolhapur itself at much lower prices. Not the usual Treebo experience.

Best experience. We had 35 people visited kolhapur. We have enjoyed our stay. Its in heart of city. Spacious rooms and food quality is really wonderful

We arrived at 3:30pm and we were told that they don't serve Tea/coffee or any food till 6:30pm as kitchen remains closed in the afternoon. We had to order food & Tea from outside. The hotel provided cutlery.
Towels were clean and dry however very hard and rough. Zero softness.
Breakfast choices limited but good taste. Pav Bhaji, poha, upma and Tea/Milk. Tea/Milk cups very very tiny small.
Parking underground - very steep slope. You need very good driving skills.
Location central in the city.

I did a one night stay with my family of 3. And my experience is as follows:
Good:
1. Room was spacious
2. Clean
3. Big bathroom with good distance between bath, wash basin and WC areas
4. Provided with soaps, shampoo toothbrush, comb, tea and coffee
5. Hotel is located at the main road and relatively close to Mumbai Karnataka highway
6. Wifi
7. All switches, hot water(not available during evening hours) were working fine

Inconvenience:
1. Access to car parking
2. The booking confirmation photograph showed 2 beds and what we got is a bunk bed arrangement
3. The towel provided for the third person was in a worn out state

The rooms are good but not maintained well. Service is also not that great.

It's good for max one day stay and I would suggest to avoid it.

Rooms are big but bedsheets and towels are not clean. Room was dusty. No hot water in evening or morning as it works only on solar 👎

We are staying in shree Sai suites kolahpur. Intercom is not working, wifi not working. We ordered for breakfast but they have only two options poha and ophma .
We call reception for Breakfast they send only tea after one hour
