Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa, Pune

Overall it was a good stay. Spent 3 days with my family in grand category room, the room was spacious, neat & clean. Breakfast spread was also good. Staff were courteous. Swimming pool however is not maintained

PATHETIC! Let me start from the moment you check-in, the receptionist(male/female) welcomes you with a sullen face. There is no smile no warmth, which I presume is the basic of a hospitality industry. Let's come to the house-keeping services. The minute you ask for someone to come to fetch your laundry, be rest assured you will wait for minimum of 10-15 mins. The house-keeping supervisor can't speak a sentence in English properly. Moving on to their breakfast, believe me the most pathetic star property. The breakfast is so horrible in taste, although there is a large spread, but taste is pathetic. And this is one such star property where half of the services are 'momentarily unavailable' for example you can't get a black and white/coloured printout either. The only good part about the hotel is their Valet. They are an amazing staff. Always welcoming with a smile, helpful and genuinely look after the guests in a whatever little scope they have. I shall ensure I don't recommend this property to anyone henceforth and personally shall never stay there.

Amazing food. Restaurant staff is great the chefs, hosts and other members of restaurant are very courteous. The housekeeping service staff is prompt and good too but could benefit from having training or checklist. The guards, bell boys are very helpful and caring. The front desk, IT services could use a lot of training. Onsite spa is great but the salon is terrible. They don't do half of the things that are advertised and staff doesn't like customers. Ramee must consider the salon capabilities and see if it's worth even having that onsite or replaced. Rooms definitely need lot of attention, smelly and old rusty bathroom fittings.

Great place to stay. Has been our go-to hotel for all our business trips. Very friendly and efficient staff. Have been 8-10 times already in the past and they have never disappointed. Will continue to come here in the future as well. Kudos to the entire team!

Having stayed in this property earlier, the service was apt but recently it has deteriorated within a span of 1 year. The rooms especially the bathrooms need to be refurbished. The service at the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurants suck. The hotel is only thriving because of the location. The breakfast is just horrible no taste and very very stereo type. I suggest people have their meals at many local eateries around the hotel as the location of the same is in the Deccan area of Pune which is the heart of Pune. All sorts of cuisines are available within 500M of the hotel.

I strongly recommend not to visit this hotel. The only good service which one receives is from the security and the valets.

Food was ok.
Service atrocious. They refused to give us a bottle of wine, that also after we asked them repeatedly for 45 minutes. However wine was available in glasses!
The starters were ok.
Buffet spread was limited.
Lighting was low and frankly depressing.
Waiters were overtaxed.

The location is excellent as you have easy access to all places and one can move around freely. All facilities available are also pretty good and convenient. It is a little pricey but very comfortable to stay at. Complimentary breakfast is also good

Beautiful building, with great views from the 6th floor! Breakfast is a great way to try stuff and see what you like to then go get it. Every time we have had a dish it's a little different!
