The Imperia Residency Hotel

For food n bill i am giving 1* and for Bill also they are serving veg platter for 1200. Worst hotel ever i see in 30 years. They serve Wrong Food what we Order And then they said our chef is not Available for that

Great place for food. Fish dishes r value for money. Nice place to sit with friends for a drink and good food.

Worst room, Even I said it's "Panthela"Red split in bathroom and AC without Remote. Fake free breakfast.. ( only 1 item)
Used towels given....high tariff as compered to room....this hotel is deserved 0 Star.... " Don't Go here " better option available in Jalgaon City

We have booked the hotel on online on AGODA and received confirmation about booking for three rooms. We have paid complete amount in advance of Rs.12650. After reaching on 25th night at 12 O'clock, receptionist told us that we have informed AGODA about cancellation and they did not allot room to us. They have not shared any communication to us as customer and also did not give any rooms.
At 1 am midnight with my old parents at the age of 80 years and also family members, we have to search hotels and also still waiting for refund.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. STAFF IS VERY AROGANT. RECOMEND NOT TO BOOK ANY TIME BY ANYBODY.

Rooms are good but lacks cleanliness. Lot of cockroaches in room.

Pest control needed.

Please avoid this hotel. They do not honor online bookings from makemytrip, etc. I had booked 10 days prior on makemytrip and when I went there, they did not honor saying they are already full. Basically a run-down hotel where if they get marriage order they cancel all their earlier orders with no notification. Unprofessional and AVOID.

Location is good!! Food is also good! The front office and policy need to be improved alot!
