They are the worst hotel staff i have ever seen. My wife was having fever and they did not have courtsey to pass medicine from reception. The excuse they gave was that we dont have anyone.

Friendly staff and clean, tidy room. The on-site restaurant offered good food with huge portion sizes and the waiting staff were also friendly and attentive. The only real down side I can find was that the buffet breakfast in the courtyard was fairly mediocre. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay.

THREE THUMBS DOWN TO EMERALD, IT'S MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS 👎👎👎 We booked the larger suite with 3 bedrooms in February 2023. While the room setup was excellent for a large family of 7. The standard and maintenance of the room was like a cheap third grade hotel. For upwards of Rs 20000/night it was over paying for a street side motel room with broken amenities. Room Service by phone was horrible and took many reminders and calls to get anything.
If I could reach a person personally then that task was done as the workers were super friendly. Restaurant was decent with good staff and variety of food.
All managers who heard about my room complains provided excellent lip service, but no solutions. They knew their rooms have major issues and they have no intention or care to address any problem. Yet shamelessly they charge full cost of the rooms despite knowing the problems.
Will not stay at this property because of their room conditions, the inability of the managers to fix anything and no rebate offered to have to deal with poor conditions and bad room service. I SUGGEST TRAVELERS FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY AT, AS THERE ARE MANY IN THE SAME AREA.

Emerald Team, Thank you for serving during our stay. Service was good. Staff was polite. Little improvement is required in breakfast and the amenities provided in room.
In buffet breakfast the spices were less in indian recipes.
Location wise it is fair for the price. Walking distance from Juhu beach and hence it is good to stay there.

Worst experience in India ever. Money to quality value is Zero. WiFi is broken (do not ever consider this place if you are travelling for business or as a freelancer whose work is flexible) , the room service food was terrible, I had a itchy throat after eating their food. Also, I specifically ordered the food to be non spicy, it turned out spicy as hell.
Reception is not helpful at all. Not helping with the broken WiFi, not helping with the food order.
I booked for two nights but cannot withstand this poor managed hotel so I booked another hotel 3x the price of this rubbish hotel the next day and flee immediately.
I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
