The only sight of the hotel that looks good is what I have attached. There is no other picture of the room worth taking.A complete run down property..Bad bad old carpet through outShower heads completely dysfunctionalWater logging every 2 mins in the washroomWater comes out the shower room.Doors broken They gave a room far far away to the guest who was70 yr old. a super long walk, and only excuse they have is they are sold out. Staff not even bothered to get some solution.Lockers not workingNo where close to what a 5star offers. just the name, nothing else.Much better options available for 5 stars in the same rates.

Good place to stay in Mumbai. Though I was not quite happy with the service standards but the good quality was very impressive.

The location is the biggest advantage as meeting anyone become very comfortable.

This hotel is the definition of a boutique hotel. The lobby views are amazing. Its like nothing you may have seen at Bombay. Especially for our Indian public, the staff will greet you in Hindi first (though they do know English) which is something I can appreciate.
The Business Centre is really good. MR. RAJESH manages it well. F&B might take a little time. So try to plan it. And the Valet takes a long time to bring back your car... so it may be a good idea to hand in your ticket ten minutes in advance.

Beautiful place, but man, they didn’t let us play our own music at a private function in a secluded banquet room! Mind you, we were trying to play a little jazz for a mature crowd on a small Bluetooth speaker, not party hard style music on a massive boom box.

The explanation was that a “license” was needed. If true, I think that’s misunderstood. No one needs a license to play music at their own party. Sure, if it was a DJ or if we asked the hotel to provide the music as part of the package.

Doesn’t matter if you’re a westerner like me or native Indian like my extended family, everyone wants music at a party. Just fix it…

Location is best. Close to airport and city centre
Service and staff are good
But rooms are very ordinary to be called a 5 star hotel. Do not take a room with city view

We went for a Christian wedding, the food was really good according to the culture even though I wasn't expecting it. The deserts were few but was awesome.
Best part is the Wedding reception area had a separate entrance and separate valets so no endless waiting for your vehicle, like other hotels.
Great sound and dj too (not sure from hotels side or guests side).
All in all , had a very nice and pleasant evening.

Oh my God! Such a beautiful place! I never in my life thought that there would exist a place with so much space in Mumbai! It is a huge property with a lot of services provided. The only problem was the no food clause. As a tourist, you would like to eat food from around the places especially Mumbai, but limiting this makes it difficult to get good in to enjoy a night cap. At times I also found a lot of hotel concierges a little busy with their own personal work than to tend to the guests. But the staff for the room and corridor are more than courteous and helpful to make up for them.

The hotel, the ambience is completely amazing…!!!! The ballrooms, the banquets…!!! You actually the 5-star feel in the hotel…!!! But only thing i hate is the food of the hotel as it is not actually Indian taste….!!! Only deserts are yummy and delicious…!!!!
