Hotel Radiant

The hotel look good from outside but the inside the hotel rooms are not maintained.
Posting the images for reference. Toilet and sink were not cleaned. We was supposed to check in at 12 PM and we were late. I call hotel that we are arriving and after arrival we were put on waiting as rooms were not ready. The staff giving excuses that there was heavy book before. Hygiene is not maintained.

Think twice before booking if you really care about your hygiene and Sanitation.

We raised complaint with Make My Trip but they didn't helped saying I was not available to get this issue resolved.

Bad experience for what we paid.
They don't care about the people.

Do not recommend this place.
We made mistakes by doing online booking for this perticular hotel.

At breakfast I saw Cockroach 🪳 roaming on tray.

Car parking is also seems like issue here.

A good hotel for overnight stay. Rooms are old but clean. Needs maintenance at some places and rooms. Extremely courteous front desk

It was a wonderful experience and a very comforting feeling to stay at the Radiant Hotel!! The team is cordial and caring,Polite and helpful staff.!!They also provide very good and tasty breakfast options for all.Have good parking facility. Food quality is good.

Staff is good,very polite , budget hotel and according to that good service overall, even food quality is good,except for breakfast options needs some additions and dinner should have dine in option.
Rooms are ok , spacious and with usual amenities , can do some additions .

The hotel has quite a good ambience and the staffs were also very good at their service as well as kind and helpful too.

The rooms were clean and sufficient space. The problem with housekeeping was they didn’t cleared used bottles which were already present. If you call them they will clean it. The major problem I and my family suffered was in bathroom. The taps are soo confusing it gives you kind of step back whether you push it hard it might broke and create a plumbing or leakage issue. The reception staff was extremely kind and was very helpful. Kudos to the staff. Bathrooms are clean, toiletries are provided, overall a good price for money.

Nice and quiet place for your business meetings. Very nice food, located just off from Bannerghatta main road. Spacious ground for outdoor activities and ample parking space. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

My stay to this hotel was really well taken care of by the polite n decent staff.
Cleanliness and hygiene maintenance for rooms is well done.
