Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa

Service was very prompt and staff was extremely polite. The breakfast spread was extravagant and delicious. We tried their couple's spa package and the experience was rejuvenating. However we faced a small issue with the key cards as they were not working for most of our stay. The property is very well maintained and clean.

One of the best places i have ever visited in Mahabaleshwar. Rooms are lavish and awesome views. Also there are 3 restaurants and 1Bar were you can chill out with your friends and Family. There are 2 pools, the Infinity pools is the one of the best pool i have ever seen till the date. It is heated pool were you can go in the pool in any season were you will always be comfortably swim and take the picture of it. Also last but not least. Property is too big, so you can click good photos and also wee maintain, also the flowers and the greenery are well maintained by their staff.. must visit property in Mahabaleshwar.

The stay was pleasant. Loved the activities at the place and food was great. The rooms were clean and spacious but lacked right information about WiFi password and In room dinning menu. We were not briefed about the amenities in the room and had to figure out ourselves. Staff were pleasant in greeting us and explained the property around. Overall a nice stay and a great place for kids.

I was visiting for the purpose of a wedding and the hotel was the venue. From the reception to the ambience, it was beautiful. It’s so quiet and spread out over a vast area that it just transports you to a different place. They have amazing amenities, and from their well maintained lawns to their massive ballrooms everything just fell into place perfectly for a fairy tale wedding. A big shoutout to the staff who were so cooperative and were arranging everything at our beck and call. It was an absolute memorable stay and look forward to visiting again for a relaxing holiday here.

What a wonderful place for a quick getaway. If you love the greens, stillness & calmness than you've found your happy space. The staff is polite & generous with their hospitality. The activity space was a treat. Looking to visit again with Family soon 😊

I can’t give less than one rating here otherwise it doesn’t deserve one as well.
… No courtesy in staff members at all.
… No flush working in bathroom got repaired after multiple requests until then no facility provided
… No room key working .. staff came after one hour with working key until then made us to wait outside room
…. No proper buggy service .. it takes forever to get one .. even front desk manager could not resolve the issue with us and he himself waited half an hour with us for his own resort buggy
…. No basic amenities provided for so called five star resort with no paper pen n no bath robes ..n list goes on.
… The staff looks helpless including front desk manager n relationship manager to resolve customer issues.
…. Not much to see in facility compare to other resort we visited except the infinity pool sunset view.
Sincere suggestion DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here.

Great location. Nice cottage style rooms with forest view with buggy service. I would recommend the top floor for the stay. Woods restaurant is a must try, with an ambience like eating in the forest, with a private booth just for you and your family. Chef Ramesh and Mr. Ajay as a host were polite and and made the experience even more memorable. Stephen at the check in was very welcoming as well.

We booked it to celebrate my birthday and right from security check to check in to restaurant, everyone wished me, this made my day little more special. The over all experience and stay was pleasant. It's a huge Property with open space and plum trees all around. Loved the activities at the place and food was great.
