Hotel Royal Residency Executive, Miraj

I stayed at this hotel on 10 th Feb 2021 along with my wife.
The place was small but clean, pleasant.
Bathroom - toilet was clean and well maintained, hot water was available, AC was functioning very well, linen, towel were very clean, soap was provided, room was very clean.
Staff was polite and helpful.
Initially I had planned to stay for two days, but as my task was over I decided to check out after stay of just one day. I had already paid the rent for two days in advance. So, I requested the manager to deduct the appropriate amount and return the remaining amount.But, surprisingly he didn't deduct any amount and returned my one day rent !
It was indeed a pleasant surprise for me.
They do not have regular kitchen however if you want tea, coffee at any odd hours they promptly provide the same.
Best service at reasonable price.
I would recommend this hotel for anybody who wish to stay here along with family.

Extremely pathetic, windows are open at night & improper locking for windows, due to which mosquitoes are friendly in night.

No proper ventilation & sound dissipate oustide while closing door, no privacy.

Improper & broken tabels , TV was not working at all.

Used Bedsheets & pillows cover & blankets are provided.

Tobacco powder was all over spread on bed.

No proper lights are provided in washroom & commode was totally broken & not cleaned.

From all above my experience i don't think u all need recommendation.

Rooms were very small for family. Hotel is located besides Miraj bus stand and very near to railway station. So all announcements and railway sounds can be heard.
No lift in hotel, also doesn't have its own kitchen. So limited items of breakfast can be ordered.

Very bad experience, workers are always stayed infront of the guest room, very irritating,no privacy,
Not giving priority to the online registration guests.

Love the hotel and the staff is also very cooperative. One of the best hotel to stay in Miraj

Its a very good hotel just in the vicinity of Railway Stn and Main Bus Depot. Rooms quality are really good. They serve tea here but for Food, the necessary arrangements are being made from an very good restaurant as per customer requirements from Restaurant's Menu Card. Food arranged was delicious.

One of the best hotel to stay in Miraj-Sangli

Absolutely worthless.. They charged us for an ac room but provided single bed room with only one fan. Bathroom was disgusting.. Bedsheets were dirty..the guy at reception was very rude asking payment only in cash.. The worst thing is they have a boy under 15 working over there. You can get better accommodation in sangli for the charges they take..
