Had a very bad experience. We booked the stay well in advance as part of our trip to Aurangabad. The hotel calls us literally 1 day prior and asks us to cancel the booking. He found others and probably got a better deal. It would have been okay if we were informed well in advance. We had to do a last minute booking at another place and hence had to pay a hefty price. Lodging a complaint against the hotel. The staff did not even acknowledge or apologize for the situation. That gives you an idea about the hospitality to expect. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BOOKING HERE.

Excellent hospitality and amazing service. We stayed there for 2-3 days, and overall it's been a superb experience. Very professional staffs, food was awesome!!! Loved our stay at Aurangabad. Thank you so much.

Room service was quick and staff were polite. The toilet flush panel was broken. They didn't fix it or offered us a different room. Food was excellent for the price they charged.

Hotel is very unprofessional in managing its bookings. Me and my colleague booked this hotel one month in advance and booking was confirmed by the hotel. However just day before check in they denied check in by saying that there is no rooms available citing some absurd reason. This hotel does not even deserve one rating the way it deals with its customer. Better to go for alternates than choosing this hotel.

I would not recommend to stay in this Hotel. There are other hotels at the same price which are far more customer friendly. This hotel cancels booking and denies check in at the last moment citing some issue. At the last moment you will not have any option but to cancel the trip since you will not get any other hotel. This hotel has ruined our Christmas trip. I had booked through Make My Trip and they were also unable to provide any alternative.

Hotel with no ethics. We had a booking of 2 rooms for 2 nights which was done 2 weeks ago during this week. The hotel calls up and asks us to cancel it just two days before check-in stating an issue in the hotel as a reason. Most infuriating part of the conversation with them was that they were talking as though they are doing a favor to us by information about cancellation two days earlier. They were hardly ready to accept the inconvenience caused by them.

We had booked our room through Agoda site it was paid and confirmed. When we reached the hotel, the staff said they did not receive the voucher and hence cannot give the rooms and that all the rooms are occupied. We were family of 3 with a kid and had reached at 7.30 pm and they told us this . We were shocked. Then they said they can make arrangements in an other hotel around 10kms away from city with double the price . I think they utilized the peak season and cancelled all the web bookings to give room to other customers at higher price. Shame on staff and management for doing such cheap tactics .I will never recommend this hotel.

Elevator, Lobby, Rooms, Stairs, Scenery, Fire Exit, Washrooms, Furniture, Restaurant, Food, everything.

I cut only one point on service for not getting a match-box to smoke in the room.
