THE FERN RESIDENCY, SATARA

The rooms are excellent and very clean. The staff is also courteous. This is possibly the only decent hotel in the locality. The only area where the it lacks horribly is service at the restaurant. This was my second experience of staying here and the food service was delayed beyond imagination. They took over 45 minuets just to serve eggs! If you are staying here and are in a hurry please factor in the delayed service time at breakfast.

Rooms are good and spacious. Food and service is nice. Staff is nice. But the bath linen is worn out and needs to be replaced. They were not upto the mark. Management of many hotels do not replace new stock of bath linen in hotels, that is the saddest issue in all hotels.

Good hotel, lovely rooms, we were in the Fern Club room. Neat and hygienic. Loved the balcony. Staff was very polite. Good room service. Restaurant was also nice, the service there is a bit slow though. Reception was very helpful, Mr. Jetendra was also very helpful in helping us plan the sightseeing. Location is also good, on the highway, easily accessible. Plenty of parking.

Excellent clean rooms, breakfast was very well arranged. Good polite staff. Good business hotel situated next to high way at satara(maharashtra)....entry and exit points next to highway. Clean bed sheets. Overall satisfied. Will visit if I am on the highway for a much needed break.

It is in a great location, just on NH 48. Huge parking space. Spacious room. Good people and good service. Check-in was so easy. All papers were kept ready on arrival just for the sign. Good food at a reasonable price. immediate attention by the service crew to fix a small plumbing issue. On would feel taken care.

I was thinking that I would pen some cons also (so that it is not biased), but honestly, nothing comes to my mind now! Please keep it up.

Its the only decent hotel for staying over in Satara.
You get in room dining, bar facility is available too.
Have been in their Suite, Winter green room & the deluxe rooms too.

They only need to inspect each room for maintenance of the facilities as i have had to request the facility maintenance during all my stays there, so one should inspect the room as soon as you check in
Safe and secure stay, parking your car is no stress here

Had brunch here while traveling. Good place. It was very clean. Decor was good too.

The service was a tad bit slow.

Bathrooms were clean but no diaper changing table and/or family lounge.
