Ginger Thane

We stayed for a couple of days while we were on a business travel and we chose the place because of the cross proximity to our vendor location. The facilities available are average, could be far better for the rates charged. The food quality is acceptable. Staff were all courteous, respectful and the premises was well kept.
Overall was OK.

Worst service of all. Very bad rooms at this price, staff is very uncooperative. I asked for spoon they denied that they are running out of utensils. Are you like serious? How can you not have spoons if you have 4 floors with 15 rooms each.

Very old property, not that am once usually opt Ginger Hotels, the hotel chain of Ginger are good but here it is very odd, bad odour, noisy AC, no restaurant, breakfast was just a temporary rented setup and tasteless

Rooms are very small and ventilationis nil. Behaviour of the staffs and people in the reception are very rude. The outer unit of the Ac sounds a lot due to which you can hardly sleep. Soaps and sanitisers are hardly refilled. Mostly Room service is not available. Room rents are too high. Not worth for staying in this hotel.

My family and I have been staying at the Ginger Hotel Thane for several years now and we have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always cooperative and attentive. The hotel is located in a convenient area and has a variety of nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciate that the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, like Wi-Fi, to make our stay more comfortable.
Overall, we have been very pleased with our stays at the Ginger Hotel Thane and would highly recommend it to others. The combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities make it a great place to stay.

It's been a nice experience during my stay. Room is good and room service is too good specially that house keeping service which was maintained by Naseem. She is so nice along with the reception staff.

Nothing was working properlly.Shower Wash basin in Worst condition.
No Dental kit..Not Worth against price charged.Service and Condition of hotel was like regular 1 star property.

It is nice hotel located in thane in the city. Location is ok. Washrooms are prertty small and need to pipes/ shower looks very old and dirty. Hotel staffs were co-operative
