Hotel Dreamlands

The Manager is really cooperative . Since some rooms are under construction we were given a dilapidated room and the other room was well furnished and spacious . When we ask to change the other room , we were provided with another spacious , well lit room. We had taken non ac room on ground floor , they were cool and clean. All and all a great stay . The only problem is mosquito, but Rooms are really great for reasonable price

1. The Cleanliness was ok. 2. the Location of the hotel is nice and cool with no disturbance. 3.Food and drinks are of good quality. 4. Cleanliness is good.
5. The amenities A. the basin pipe is broken; B. The Cooler does not cool the room. C. the Staff is greedy and asks for money for cooler; Rs. 100 per night.
But, Sir what is most important thing, which is uncompromisable is the room is full of BED BUGS. I AM NOT ABLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE MENACE, AND ADDING TO IT IS THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. STAFF IS NOT AT ALL BOTHERED.
Other wise this is a heritage property, and can be well worth. The bed, furniture, bugs and bugs.
Please take note of that.

Stay was wonderful. Rooms were nice and clean. Cooperative staff. Food option available near the hotel. Overall 5/5 star to the hotel.

its an average stay for those who are looking for a oneday night spent out .Staff behavoiur and service is also not proper. only pkus point are rooms are clean and with hot water
