OYO 37164 Hotel Kalpavruksha

The Hotel is located on the NH, no need to venture inside at all. The Hotel has enclosed parking facility that is very useful. In addition, the staff is very helpful and co-operating. The overall ambiance is decent while cleanliness is appreciable. Further, the bathrooms are decent and well maintained.

I would recommend this Hotel to everyone!

Beds were a little uncomfortable

This hotel is good but it's not up to the mark because the rooms are not that much clean and hygienic compared to other all hotels washrooms not much clean the hotel is situated in a very congested place and it is outside of the city in Mumbai so please while booking this hotel please look the hotel and after then book it

Waste place to stay.Non higenic and no value for money. Especially ac fitted in room are not working properly..i switched the room frequently because of ac problem.some times big sounds are comming from the ac. Totally waste.

I have booked a room today through OYO & paid full amount online. While reached hotel for check in the hotel is not allowed me to Stay. They says the booking amount is less & they ask to cancel the booking & to pay more than double rates.
When I tried to cancel it shows the refundable amount is ZERO.
Hence I lost total Rs. 2200/- for one room booking.
Very bad experience. Please don't prefer this hotel for stay. Pearl recidency is nearby, they accepted booking through OYO yesterday & got room for just Rs. 598/-.

Behavior of Staff of the Hotel is very Bad, room are not good, and they don’t allow any visitors to meet inside the hotel, I requested them to submit my original ID and return me whenever I go back, than also they didn’t allow me

I was booked on oyo app and when I reach hotel they was saying we can't give room on oyo price and they was demanding higher rate ,I switch the place immediately.
