Gateway Hotel

I had first talked on phone about room enquiry and early check in, but the staff couldn't solve my problem on phone due to their confusion.But when i later went to hotel they provided good response and service. Rooms are neat and clean but space is a little bit less...food is good and tasty but rates are on a higher side compared to gondia city..but when you compare similar hotels of this brand in other cities rates are just fine..in short I loved this place it has a lush green garden and a clean swimming pool too..

This was an almost perfect experience. I say almost for one reason - there was no shower gel in the dispenser, later (after my shower) I found a bottle of shower gel on the wash basin counter. Shucks! As I was running late I called the hotel and they kept soup and a sandwich for me which I thought was terrific. I will be heading back to this hotel whenever I am in Gondia.

A good property with excellent staff, our duration of stay right from check in to check out was very comfortable, to top it up Manas the head chef prepared curated dishes and made sure we miss his food! Overall a gem in Gondia

It was Wonderful stay here... Rooms are best bathroom are clean & clear... Staff service is also good & well mannered.... I only dnt like while I was go away from hotel there was less available taxi or others rest is awesome it's an wide area inside hotel wide space for parking also... One point is also that they need improve their food test... There is a bar inside hotel you can hang on in there...

One of the finest options available in Gondia and highly recommended. Hotel welcomes you with good open lawn and lush green surroundings. Lobby is great and very warm. We visited for lunch here at Swirl and enjoyed every minute spent. Amit along with the staff was welcoming and ensured great experience for us. Food taste is fantastic, portion size is apt however considering the place pricing is a bit steep. Overall a good place to relax and enjoy good food with your loved ones.

A function was organized by us ,on new year celebration,
When I contact for one device to connect wifi.. because my at time no mobile data was in phone..
But they not share wifi password..

Like this 5 star hotel .. not good attitude towards towards to their customers..
Never recommend any one to organize any function, where hotel management not cooperate..

What to say about this group of hotels from ambulance to hospitality, to food , management everything is exactly upto the mark... always it is an amazing experience....
