The place is nice but the facilities are not up to the mark,such as lift not working, water slippage from AC and rain water.

Bed is not comfortable, Fan is about to fall, less space in bathroom and so many mosquitos. Not recommended!

Update 22nd Jan : So guys, Itsy By Treebo is like a broker just like Oyo. And they hardly have any control over the individual hotels. So be very careful when booking hotels via such brokers. I am telling this after 2 3 extremely bad experiences with such brokers. Directly speak to the hotel before making any reservations and ensure that all your requirements are met before confirming or paying any amount.
I choose to stay in this hotel with my wife for transit check in to get a connecting flight in Nagpur. Booked via central Treebo. I was informed about early complimentary checkin 2 hours early, but I found the front desk person very rude, who did not agree to it and made us wait for nearly an hour, and I felt it was purposefully done as it seemed he wanted to follow rules. Never have faced this situation in any of the hotels who have always been accommodative. Cleanliness was very good and over all rooms were excellent, But i expect the hotel to understand customer needs and also to be a bit empathetic for travellers. I still continued to stay at the hotel as I had made partial payment otherwise would have chosen some other hotel.
