OYO Hotel Sai Lodging

I booked this hotel last month for 2 days. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms are spacious enough. Hot water is also available. The staff and owner are also very supportive. All the restaurants are very near to this hotel. One Improvement they can add is the quality of the mattress as they are not very comfortable for 40+ people. Otherwise a best budget hotel in Nashik

we couldnu2019t able to stay to this facility. They did not provide room according to our booking. On top of it they were thTotally not acceptable to stay to this property for family and decent people. The lodge were not given the room and asking for extra money and providing 1 room only instead of 2 rooms booked. slowly they started threatening the family and asking to stay in maintenance room. Allnexperience were explained to customer care for taking actions.Staff. They are threatening and not professional to deal customers nproperty were 2nd floor and not convenient at all

They will ask you more money after doing online booking.
they took 400 rs. extra from me although I paid to OYO online.
Never go here.
Very cheap guy.
They just drink & run the hotel.
even the guy who sits on counter will take your phone and rate himself on OYO app by asking he needs any code.
Power & water supply is not continues.
Even I do not want to rate him single start.

Location of the hotel is very good because it is near nashik road railway station.
1. So there is no food problem for getting different foods or as per your taste buds and all.
2. Rooms are kind of average because in my room the beds were built in Steel material bed - No wooden bed built.
3. Hot water problem as they are running on solar water heater. No individual geyser at room.
4. Bathroom were very small specially on classic segment rooms.
5. Over-all it was average ok but need improvement for better retention of customer base.

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

As I went to this hotel with my mother(60) and father(63) at night 9.30 pm. I have already booked 2 rooms for 2500 but they asked me to pay 3600 for a single room.
When I refuse to pay they didn't allow us inside the hotel. After lots of request and begging they allowed us and paid 1k extra amount.

I wish i could give it a -5.
Scam alert. Denied entry to the hotel room.
They demand for 2100 on top of the 2100 that i paid online for booking my hotel.
i ended up losing the money altogether.

Whatever is on their website, double that, its the price they want and the hotel is mediocre at best. Not worth the money, smells awefull.

Edit 1: ended up making a police complaint because i felt threatened by one of the owners and later found out from the police that this isn't the first time they had been to the hotel for a similar complaint.
The owner left for the police station and didn't show up for 2-3hrs even after the police were sent to the hotel 3 times to pick him up.

Finally i got him on a phone call and handed the phone to the officer, which put him in a spot that he had to show up.

The location is very noisy and the owner will try to intimidate u to a fight.

OYO does not respond to its escalation emails so don't bother with the failing company either.

NOT RECOMMENDED:
Don't go through OYO app... They cancel your booking when you visit there and charge more than what is been showed in the app. When I called to hotel owner to complaint, He threatened me- "you will teach me what to charge?; Where are you right now?"

This Sai Hotel Rooms is located near Nashik Road Railway Station in 5 min. Distance. You can see the large screen board of the hotel on top of the building. Service is nice. The rooms are good. Check in and out time is 11 AM. The rooms are clean. The bathroom and toilet are also clean. Drinking water is available. According to my point of view, the price is somewhat High in scale. For 1 person one room price is 500 RS.
