Hotel Rama Palace

It was very first worst experience I had at any stay,
I got classic for 1150 rs. Which had ac and TV and all time hot water (geyser)

Talking about cons first

- unhygienic rooms with bad bedsheets (we told so many times to change it but they never did giving different excuses)
- bathroom was not clean
- not enough lights in room (images for reference givenl
- classic room doesn't have any wardrobe to keep luggages (i struggled to maintain my luggage)
- no water bottles no breakfast nothing (next day we asked for breakfast, they denied saying hum pani bottle nahi dete complimentary nashta kaise dege)

Pros

- parking available
- hot water all time

That's it.

OVERALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I don't recommend it.

DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
Me and my family checked in and from the start only i was getting a negative vibe, and i was right. This hotel is only used by couples. Yes for that only (S*X). I don't think i need to explain more. Only name is Rama palace but this place is hell. The staff is very rude, no basic amenities, they don't even give a 5rs soap. Also while returning our money the owner was arrogant. Pls don't come here with your family. Not at all safe. Get any other hotel.

Very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Online rate was 700rs, site was showing hotel booked. We called the hotel the manager said 1.5k.
Soap and towels were not provided and when we asked them about soap and towels i was told puchoge toh dene nahi toh nahi. Water was also not provided. Very rude staff.

The rooms were quite good in size. The location of the hotel was just perfect for roaming around. But the staff was not that great. We had to wait a lot and were also not properly entertained when we asked to see the room.
Overall the experience was Okayish.

Worst hotel to book. I will recommend everybody don't book this property. Owner is arrogant. Denied already confirmed & paid oyo booking just because he had direct booking for tourists. Owners don't have any ethics. They all are cons in this holy city. Don't ever think of this hotel to book.

No hot water facility and no valvet in the morning.

Location wise it's a good opposite to the temple. Service is poor and rooms are very very bad .. switches will be their but nothing will work. AC they will only control for name sake switch will be in room. Not at all good for family stay

1- I got room which was not properly clean, Bedsheets was dirty. 2- Washroom was decent and clean. 3- each room have balcony and window. 4- cost was decent, I book for 4ppls.
