We have booked room's 7 days before but still after going there the manager of hotel has give the room to someone else because he came directly and has given more money because of this we were not having room and have to wait for 2hours after a 8 hours long journey at 11.30pm..
After so many fights with them he arranged a very small and dirty room for us and asked to stay.
Highly recommended not go here.
Breakfast was tasty and received in room, on request.
The only thing I didn't like was the housekeeping person asked 30rs for water bottle and handed me 18rs water bottle which indicates that he kept remaining money saying bottle cost was 30rs.
Room boy was helpful, guy in the reception was rude. They say free breakfast and give a small scoop of Upma without any side dish, they say food is limited. Worst service.
If you want clean rooms in good budget and ready to tradeoff service this a good option.
Yesterday I had booked hotel in Aurangabad location for 2 nights in nirmal residency and I had face issue with the room there is only one room available in the hotel and the same there is no TV Working And AC Is Also not working. Handled is broken of WC. No Lift available in the hotel.
The Same issue talk with your executive and he raise my request and told I'll received phone within 2 minutes but till I have not received call from any one. And Now after 18 Hrs of my issue I have received the email from you.
Is this really fair with Customer service?
Unfortunately I don't had any option yesterday hence I checked in the hotel in the family room but the Same there is AC problem.
You are uploading a different photos and allocating different rooms at the time of check in it is really unfair with customers.

Last time also (April Hotel Sharada International) I have face same problem but I had not excilated this.
Ordered food , they forgot to send to room and on top of it the hotel guy raised voice on me saying , thoda late hua to Kya hua.
Plate was dirty.
Fan not working and didn’t think of rectifying it.
Shower knob broken in bathroom.
Please don’t book.
All the people in this hotel are somehow always angry and no smile and don’t greet well.
When I said I will pay by card, they said pay cash as our machine is not working else cancel your stay.
Is this the way to speak.
