We had gone during the busiest days - the Diwali long weekend and hence the hotel was fully booked (with families and Kids).
Novotel Imagica is famous for being a kid friendly hotel and there are alot of activities to do for kids.

We had a pleasant stay (minus the crowd). The breakfast buffet was good but due to so much crowd, a few items took longer to be served.

We had also taken a dinner buffet priced at 1300 + taxes and it was quite worth it. It was quite extensive and there were many options in the starters, main course and deserts.

Great for families with kids.

The hotel is good but certain bits need maintenance. Being the only premium hotel near Imagica one doesn't have much option. The bathrooms around the pool need cleaning and Maintenance. Food quality needs to improve drastically...The staff is friendly and cooperative. Room r comfortable but they do need maintenance and a bit of renovation. Overall an above average experience

Nice rooms. Maintenance could have been better. The door locks were partially functional. Safety chain was missing.
Breakfast spread was good. Receptionist was not fully conversant with the billing software. The bill was not stamped in spite of specific request. Location is ideal if sole purpose of visit is to visit the Imagica water park. For any other purpose, the hotel is somewhat inconveniently located.

Our stay was perfect. We were properly greeted, gave an overview of the property, parks and other facilities. Breakfast was icing on the cake - our attendance Manali was very helpful. She took care of my one year daughter so we could finish our breakfast properly.

Highly recommended if you want to unwind for the weekend.

Novotel Imagica is one of the premium hotels which provides more value for your money. The integration with Imagica is extraordinary. My overall experience was wonderful, exciting and memorable. I shall recommend everyone who wants to experience Imagica theme park and water park should consider a stay at Novotel. Some of the details which I captured during our amazing stay at Novotel is as under.

- We booked Novotel Imagica package through Novotel website. The online booking process is very simple without much of the option.
- I recommend check-in at around 11 am and directly approach the dedicated counter of Imagica, verify your bookings, keep luggage in rooms and make entry to the theme park.
- On Day 1 visit theme park for full day return in the evening to your cozy, luxurious and clean rooms or may have an excursion at superbly maintained swimming pool.
- On Day 2, after consuming delicious and scrumptious breakfast, follow the check-out process by requesting to keep your luggage in their cloak room. Than proceed towards the water park. After spending full day at water park, collect your luggage from the cloak room and exit Khopoli.

I really appreciate the maturity shown by Novotel management to not only help us manage our time seamlessly but to be generous enough to allow us to use their Swimming pool's changing rooms for a post-pool bath.

The entire experience was way above my expectation and that's why I say that by spending little extra you get huge benefits in the value of money you spent.

Inadequate guest services. Completely unexpected from Novotel. I highly recommend not opting for a stay at this particular chain during peak season or holidays. They have a lot of crowd coming in… which is fine but they are absolutely not equipped to manage the crowd. Guest requests can take up to days to be fulfilled it’s no joke and that too basic requests like water bottles, pillow, towels (which cleaning staff forgot to provide while cleaning up the room!!) Rooms may remain uncleaned for days if you don’t constantly follow up with the cleaning staff personally despite putting on the clean the room light. I Cannot even remember the number of times I’ve called in for the air conditioning maintenance staff because of the seemingly faulty air conditioning (even had to change a room for it- which they kindly accepted to do… I’ll give them that). But all in all I’d say is that it was a rather disappointing stay for having paid a premium price for a stay during peak time and then having to receive mediocre services.

The rooms are a disappointment for the price that you are paying. We had an Executive room with a bathtub which is 2 tiers higher than the basic room. However, the room (341) is in serious need of repairs. The room is poorly lit and dated, flush malfunctions, the shower stopper doesn't work and has to be operated manually, the mini fridge light flickers, the switch to operate washroom blinds is faulty. The biggest con is that the sound proofing is not adequate at all and I could hear commotion from the game area in the first floor till midnight and again from early in the morning. Had a very disturbed sleep as a result.
That being said, the service by housekeeping had been impeccable and everything was delivered within 5 minutes of placing a request. I liked the buffet breakfast spread as well. The parade by cartoon characters at 9:45 AM at the lobby is nice for the kids, though I wish it was a little longer than the 2 minutes.
Recommendation: I would recommend that you book the standard rooms as part of the Imagicaa package. It will still be value for money. Don't go for higher level rooms.

They describe it as a 5 star, unfortunately neither the service nor the rooms are worth the 5 stars. You can expect to find only 3 star service. We asked them for an international charger extension, they stopped answering our calls. They said you can sit in the lobby for 2 hrs to charge your phone. They did nothing to help. We asked for an Indian charger they dint provide. Also the guys at the reception have no knowledge about what’s going on in the hotel. Room service or guests services is as good as a no.
