I have visited a couple of times... The last visit was nothing but a bad experience.
It's a luxury resort, they charge you high and so the services should be that way, no excuse.
The rooms had a foul smell. Balcony doors were jammed because of lack of maintenance.. they did not had any option for lunch as the resort was closed for a few days.. pool was dirty.
Dinner was tasty.. staff was nice and humble

It’s not a fancy n modern place, it’s a humble modest n rustic one! Which could promise you relaxing n peaceful holiday!
I give it 5 star cause it offers you unique rustic experience!(Heritage rooms are awesome)

Only namesake 4/5 star resort. You have to ask for everything for service. Breakfast spread was very poor and even taste was average. No regards to guest request. You only get what is available that too in specific timings.. Resort is located 20 mins away from main city in a secluded spot.

I had stayed in Ramsukh some 6 years back. It was value for money. I think they are basking on previous glory. It is pure veg but they can have varieties in Breakfast and Dinner. The variety and innovation is missing. Probably they could not cope up after pandemic. I heard some of the customers arguing how dirty the rooms were. It was great resort may be some 5 years back. However they are not upto mark at present

6 adults. 2 valley view room. 3 nights. Got an upgrade to ground floor 2 Bed 2 Bath room for 2 super Senior citizens. Veg Food No Alcohol. But the veg food was among the best, close to homely, not oily and did not miss non Veg & alcohol . Caring staff. Enough planned activities on premise for kids and adults. Close proximity to 7-8 viewing points.

Beautiful location. The resorts architecture and planning is one of the best I've seen (we have been to quite a few 4-5 star resorts). The space utilisation is superb. The rooms have a grandeur feel. The service is super quick and warm. It is a veg restaurant and food options were ample (we are core non vegetarian). The place is clean and tidy and everything about it felt relaxing and comfortable.

The resort made our trip wonderful. The resort was perfect for us as it was our first with our 8 months old baby. We stayed for 2 days and wanted to stay more in the resort. The resort had everything from great scenery, to ample amount of activities, kids room, disco, Jungle trek etc. Lying on the forest hills resort property is very huge with nice sun deck panoramic view. The resort is pure veg and food was finger licking. Hospitality was a cherry on top. Hospitality staff and especially Akash helped us lot with food requirements for our baby.

Overall the resort is just fantastic.

Everything is beautiful about this resort. The location is breathtaking. We booked 2 different rooms for 2 nights just to get a different experience. First one was the valley view room, such an amazing view and the rooms were so aesthetically designed. Second room was the premium hut.. welll. If huts are these luxurious , I don't mind staying there forever. Jacuzzi tub was the highlight. And room service is very prompt. Food is delicious too. They had entertainment planned for the day, due to which we didn't feel the need to step out... all in all this was the best stay I had so far.. keep it up. Just one suggestion, if non veg food could also be kept on Ala Carte basis...
