This is one of the best properties in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and well designed. The room amenities, room service and housekeeping is excellent. The other amenities like Gym and Pool are well maintained. The breakfast menu is exhaustive ranging from Indian, Japanese, Gujarati, Vegan and a bakery section. The staff is courteous and cooperative, you always feel delighted moving around the corridors.

Absolutely amazing experience. Great rooms. Amazing hospitality. But one thing I must mention is the food.. seven kitchens breakfast is something to die for. Not even a single thing you can complain about. Immaculate arrangements, lip smacking delicacies and highly courteous staff.. the best experience I ever had... thank you @St. REGIS team.

Excellent location, right in heart of Palladium mall. Has a great ambiance. The staff was always very polite, and helpful. Wide and amazing range of breakfast. The gym, swimming pool is well maintained. It also has multiple conference halls on 8th floor.. Highly recommend for a stay in Mumbai

Spent a night here impromptu and it was a lovely experience. The food at seven kitchens is varied, flavorful and caters to people of all ethnicities.
The spa is a dream, don’t forget to check out the sauna/steam and jacuzzi! The cold towels are also incredibly refreshing and the whole space smells like a forest.
We had no complaints during our 24 hour stay and St Regis staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need.

We had a two week stay at St.Regis a few days back. Excellent location, very tastefully decorated and with a lovely ambiance. The staff at every point in our interactions was always very polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options available, we loved the variety as well as the healthy food they offered. The gym, swimming pool area, the Sauna and the health club are world class. The ratio of guests to staff is very good and they made every effort to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Mumbai . There is an issue with waiting for elevators to either go up or down (some times for 10-15 minutes ) that can be someway improved (?). There were also a few times that we waited a long time for room service to come and help. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay there again.

An exceptional hotel in South Bombay! We stayed for the first few new nights of our trip to India and we could not have chosen a better start for the trip! Comfortably appointed spacious room, offered a lovely view of the city. The highlight was the food. This hotel has several exquisite restaurants. Please don’t miss the breakfast buffet! I don’t think we’d have a breakfast experience this lavish and scrumptious! The culinary team, lead by Abhijit, who came to guest tables to make sure they were having their best time, made things to our exact liking and to perfection. Thank you! Would prefer to stay here each time we visit.

All the amenities were good and the staff courteous. However there's a lot of mismanagement. We arrived about 45 minutes later than the official check in time and it still took us another hour to check in because apparently the rooms were not ready. We had a birthday celebration and on the day of checking out, we wanted to take the cake back home and asked for the team to enable the packing. It took an hour for someone to reach out to us. And you might think that after waiting for an hour, we might have received it, but we did not.
We finally checked out completely disappointed. It was good and the room was very clean and spacious. The decor they provided for the special occasion was also great.
