Treebo Trend Royal Kourt - Hotel in Aurangabad

Rooms are good but bit smaller than I am usual accustomed to.There's a gym attached to the building so you keep hearing music from gym even if you don't want to.

Rooms are boxy and has issues with hot water supply. There is no restaurant / breakfast area and in room service delivery is just about average. Looked like there is only one person who makes breakfast for all the rooms .....which of course is quite slow. Room rent is abt 2K and above and thus yiu expect prompt service and well functioning amenities.

Horrible experience. Stayed on 15th and 16th of Aug, 2018.
1) Breakfast has very dry poha - everyday
2) the breakfast place hygiene is super questionable
3) Our first room had water leakage and we had to move rooms
4) there was a lizard in our second room!!!! Beat that.
5) no hot water heater in the bathroom
6) towels were smelling

Can get better rooms at the same cost. I spoit my holidays staying here!! :'(

Good air conditioning. Bathroom is pretty average. No hot water in the evening. Cleanliness is okay. Helpful staff. Especially the front desk. Only one bottle of water for each day for two of us. But tariff is pricey for this average place. Breakfast was pathetic. Very minimal choice of dishes. Dining area ambience is poor. There is no handwash option in the dining area. Disappointed.

Pro:
The service is GREAT! people here are very very helpful and attwntive. I being a solo traveller, got a lot of help from them. The guy even dropped me to CBS on his bike at 5 am!
I liked my room a lot. A nice clean bed, a window with blinds and a clean bathroom. It is the best cost affective place.
The place is close to the CBS. Which my friends, us a pro point, if you have a tight budget. It is walking distance from the hotel.

Neutral:
The breakfast is not great, but its enough to fill your stomach without causing an further indigestion problems.

Cons:
The hot water is time specific. The time period is quiet short.
The breakfast timings are between 8 am to 10 am, which did not work for me as I started my travel by 4 am.

The staffs are very helpful. The room is big enough for 2 people. It has a mini fridge, tv, 2 chairs with a mini table , a cupboard and a bathroom. It doesn't have a restaurant of it's own but it has tie up with a restaurant. The food is quite good and the room service is available. It also has parking area for 4 wheelers.

Nice hotel.. At central location in Aurangabad.. Staff is polite and helpfull... Need to check out early however breakfast and tea haven't provided as Cook is late and it's Sunday.... Staff said they'll adjust.. However need to check out without Breakfast n Tea... Overall good hotel to stay... Except...

There is no hot water availabile all time....no sufficient flow to water tap,,non of service person wearing mask...no bag for bin..no xtra amenities in room.. there was dust on windows and on chair
