Hotel Royal Regency

We had bad experience in this hotel. Arrogant receptionist. He will treat the people based on which booking site we made the reservation. If you get a good deal thru online, then don’t expect respect from Mr. receptionist. Bad and cheap politics !!! This is an initial impression, will post the complete review after check out.

Rooms are fine if it's budgeted between 1K to 1.5K. The location is good and rooms are spacious but cleaning is a bit issue. The owners should focus on cleaning of the rooms.

Nice property, walkable from Aurangabad railway station. Very professionally managed. We also booked car for Ajanta & Ellora through them & service was perfect. Rooms nicely decorated, furnished, washroom fitted with modern fittings, have lift facility. Will surely recommend. Hope they maintain their standard. Only con is they are not having inhouse restaurant but ample restaurants outside.

It is a very bad place to stay. It does not provide drinking water and not even glasses to drink water. Staff is illtrainrd to address concerns. I have booked for 3 dsys but leaving after a day to other hotel.

Staff is polite . rooms are neat and clean. Hot Water facility is there . thankyou for service.

Go and book room directly with drastically price than bookibg online. With less price u can even book very good room.
