The 3 rating is because of the front desk people. Impolite and rude. They will try to bug you on rates. Better book online then directly going to the reception. Until you have a pehchan they won't soften there rude behaviour. They will assign the room late but will not even let you check out half minutes late. The rooms are fair the food is fair too. The toiletries are bad. They are using age old inventories which has mud on the bath gel and stuff. They don't provide tissue papers in the washrooms. They don't even have ironing boards. All they have is attitude to thrown on. The locality is good since it's on Highway it's safe.

regular fare for 1 night stay in this hotel which does not justify the amenities we get.the max fare should be 2.5 k.rooms are bigger if you take deluxe category. location is on service road, so it's difficult to get a cab. Food is okay quality. No indoor environment so possibility of getting bored. internet speed is pathetic 2-3 MBps. room service is prompt. Rooms lack of proper maintenance, too costly fare, location is worst, no basis toiletries provided such as dental kit.

Great location, Excellent Service and Friendly Staff. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Manager were very helpful during my stay ... arranged a car with driver to visit different locations. A well located, medium scale comfortable place with staff that are quite helpful. No frills but adequate if you're a business traveller out at meetings all day. Room service was wonderful...delivered hot masala tea and pakoras at midnight. Keep up your great work !!!

If you are booking here with breakfast be ready that room boy will knock your door at 8am whether you are awake or sleeping no one cares he will keep on ringing until you open .
After opening he ll give you one plate with one aalo Prabha, poha and tea same everyday no changes in breakfast.
Whether you are awake or sleeping or you want to have breakfast late no one cares if you get up by 10am be ready to have cold breakfast kept in your room at 8am.

This breakfast policy I have observed first time in my life may be in mars people follow same never seen such in the world.

Well maintained by property and furniture, phone not received for asking to hot water cattle, milk powder and tea,sugar pouch, water bottle also not placed in room, not explain about hot water supply system and door lock unlock system

We booked the banquet hall for a small party (Around 26 people) and we were impressed by the food and service quality.

The hall was beautiful and clean. The manager Mr. Kishan is very supportive and gives nice suggestions to make ur event a big success.

We also booked a room, and that was also very clean and well furnished.

It was worst. I booked banquet for my mother birthday, service was disaster, we have to told them each and everything. No of times we have pick up our own plate. Staff cloth was not good. After party their staff took away out birthday cake. Manager khanna not attentive .We have to tell each instructions.

Conclude, bad service, dissatisfied.

The front desk people's try to bug on rates . It was my 3rd visit over there I mentioned them as well but they were asking for more rates . Better hotels than this in nearby localities kindly prefer there . Especially the men wearing specs was worst.
