SPOT ON 65339 New Royal Lodge

Service is not up to the point. Bathrooms & toilets are not cleaned and also they dont have water heaters in the room. If we ask they provide electric heater coil.

Rooms are not as shown in Pics.

I won’t even give it a rating it’s a pathetic place to stay I want a refund so dirty and the people are so rude even after having a booking id they kick me out

Please visit if you're looking for the worst visit one could have in Pune. Highly uneducated and unprofessional staffs.

Very rude staff, it was my first time using @oyo i and and my family were traveling at night and booked this hotel from call reached at 10,then hotel manager denied to give room. He said i dont have rooms to give then wasted 20 mins with customer care then he says give he hardcopy of all documents we had all original documents and then i said can u take prints then he said my printer is not working. The. He said some room have vacant if you pay me extra then i will give it to you as it was too late the i said yes. Then he started printer so i said how is it working now. Then he says i will not give u rooms u can go. Worst experience. I would suggest to go at hotel viraj its near by go there insted.

Nice hotel and nice helpful staff good place go stay... Nice hotel and all service are available ........ Very supportive people

I did not like the hotel but people who are looking for a room to just sleep over night and than leave in the morning, than worth it.
