Ginger Nashik

I go to Giger for the well trained staff, and their hospitality and all the 3 stars are for that.
This property is renovating and if knew it would have opted out of it. No complaints about the staff, I got a room which was recently painted and had faint smell of of, some may like it but I didn't so got it changed without any hassle. But what if there was no other room available, I would have been in a fix.

Well, for the same price I was getting Holiday Inn as well, but just by habit I went with Ginger.

Going forward I will shop around, as for the same price I would have got a Holiday Inn Express. Where as this is a basic no frills hotel.

Takes too much check in time even after paying extra payment for early check in.Room is average. As per room tariff plan you can get better property. breakfast is taste wise average.AC is not working properly and is of old windows type AC. overall experience is bad with this property. you can get better then this for the same rate with extra emenities.hotel is under renovation. some services are hampered due to this.

Ginger Nashik doesn’t resonate at all with the brand Ginger. Rooms were like a quarantine center or a local lodge with hospital like tiles and very small. Property is undergoing renovation but if rooms are like this then they should charge accordingly. They are charging like other good 4 star hotels and giving pathetic rooms. Only good thing is staff was nice. I urge people to not waste their money on Ginger Nashik rather book other good hotels in same price.

I am writing this review after experiencing the Ginger Nashik for 3 days and 2 nights, my experience was really awesome. very clean and neat rooms. Before going to Ginger Nashik, I did not gone through the review on Google if I would have read reviews then may be I were not able to experience
it. After experiencing luxurious room, very polite staff and tasty food, I think they have improved many things.

Great place to stay with. The staff is very helpful. Buffet Breakfast is extremely good. You can do early check in if rooms are available with nominal charges . Best place for family and frequent flyer.

Rooms are maintained well. Room service is good. Cannot comment on food. Staff at ground floor needs to be more courteous to offer at least water to guest coming in as they could not arrange room on time. Made guests wait without offering even water... Almost four sets of different guests were waiting.

Clean and Cozy place, good food. They should have more options in Buffet but its justified for the rates offered. Bathrooms were getting clogged. They were prompt in response, but they should have checked before guests check in. Though they told they would do maintenance of same, this wasn't cleared till I left and I had difficulty.

The hotel is in a highly crowded urban area.
The rooms have all the facilities and nice architecture. But I noticed that 119 room hot and cold water lines to washbasin has installed in a wrong way and it's very dangerous and you have to be very careful. The food is good but not much difference in the lunch and dinner menus for the buffet. At mealtime, the restaurant area is quite busy as it is very compact. The hotel staff is very friendly and active.
