Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

Rooms: Beautiful and luxurious rooms. We stayed in the suite room. It has a nice lobby, a living room, and a bedroom; both rooms had a TV. The bathroom was spacious, had a nice bathtub and a shower. A wardrobe with suit hangers, an iron and ironing table, a safe and an umbrella. The bedroom had a smart alarm. The hotel is very close to the Pune railway station, but the rooms are soundproof and you are not disturbed by the sounds of the trains.

Service: All the staff is super helpful, polite and welcoming; including the folks at reception and in the restaurants. Girish from reception helped us with the room. We were served a nice welcome drink while we waited for the room to be ready. We had a package booking and they explained all the things that came with the package. They served us a nice platter of tea time snacks with out tea.

Food: We had a nice tea in the evening with snacks. The lounge was amazing, they served actually unlimited liquor and mixed as per our liking, had also nice starters to go with the drinks. The dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Over-all the experience was terrific.

Nice property, bang opposite Pune railway station. Check in was smooth and room was impressive. However, after a couple of hours I developed an allergy due to a peculiar smell in the room, like that of a strong pesticide. The house keeping supervisor came immediately and offered to change the room and also helped move. The new room didn't smell bad but was smaller but it didn't matter as I had to check out early next morning. They were kind enough to arrange a breakfast parcel at 6.30 am, though meagre. The dinner at their rooftop restaurant was good but extremely limited menu for vegetarians. I was told, The Mills area is right behind the hotel and has several upscale dining locations. 8/10 to the property.
Oh, the one important thing to state in favour of the hotel
is that as I was waiting for a cab in the lobby at 4 pm, getting late for an event nearby, the front office staff was kind enough to offer the hotel vehicle to drop me to my location. I had made a mental note or the staff name but it escapes my memory as I write this review.

Great place to organise conferences, birthday/anniversary and marriage functions. I experienced the hotel through a medical conference. The rooms are big enough to accommodate a lot of audience/delegates. The food was also good!

5. A more decorative area for people of high standing.

Worth the spend! The hotel is located in a prime location and gives you a premium feel when you enter. My special thanks to Sakshi for her warm gesture during check-in and making my Mom's birthday special. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We had such a lovely time last weekend . It was a special occasion we were celebrating with our family . The entire team ensured that we had a memorable evening. The food at the rooftop resturant was nothing less than outstanding.. We would love to keep going back there again and again !

I had went to attend an investor information programme arranged by my bank. The banquet hall was pretty good with adequate space and seating arrangement. Food and drinks were also served but being a vegetarian I avoided eating here, so cannot comment on the food quality.

It was very awesome experience to be there. We were there for Lunch. Everything was beyond expectations. Staff behaved properly. Ample guests parking space. Definitely will recommend to have an experience whenever you have some opportunity.
