The room which they gave us was good but cushion covers & bedsheets were not cleaned. The TV was only for the sake of displaying, they didn’t even started it after complaining twice. Hotel location is at good place & easily accessible

Extremely bad place to stay. Has bedbugs all over the room. No toiletries provided, they have mentioned breakfast option but the hotel does not provide any breakfast (if opted while booking, you'll get a refund). Personal suggestion: Choose this hotel only if you are looking for a night stay and don't have any other options available.

Great Location BUT…
We booked 2 rooms and both of them stinked. Highly untidy. The housekeeping & Receptionist is least bothered and are 0 in terms of hospitality. The linen was not washed since ages. Bathrooms stinked ! Also no proper co-ordination with OYO we had to wait an hour to get the rooms ! Since the price OYO offered and the hotel offered didnt match even though we had a proper confirmation of the booking ! Although the location was preferable the room condition was pathetic ! No Value for money !

They don't allow guest or friends. There is no room service. No toiletries. They would rather make u stay at the reception area then letting you go to your friends room in the hotel. Both the boy( service boy) and girl ( receptionist) have attitude problem while dealing with customers.

I booked this hotel from OYO with advance paid. When i reached at hotel they denied give room to us and asking more money. Very bad behavior almost 5-6 customers facing same issue. How can they denied service after fully advance paid. How can OYO listed such stupid place for customer? They are not giving any respect for their customers. I never suggest such bad and unprofessional place for other. Dont go again.

Extremely bad service we had booked the room through Oyo but when we reached there they said that all their rooms are full.We had even paid an amount of 250 to confirm about booking.There was not even a manager present at the reception.Very pathetic will never trust Oyo again 👎👎

The stay was good, the host were good.. Ac gysers working all good... Only problem was the bedsheets,, those were not very clean... Otherwise a very good stay option for a single day trip... Near by area is also very good.. Many options available for transport as well

Bedbugs.the whole day I was out but at the night my whole body troubled by bedbugs. Linen were not washed. I got videos and photos of 10 bedbugs with blood in the early morning 3:34 am. I booked Oyo at 1088 rs but they asked 412 rs more. Not a single word I argued and paid it. Becoz the hotel is at prime location and rooms were quite good and equiped. But the whole night I was irritated due to bedbugs. As soon as sunrise took place I left the place.
