The Emerald Park

Room was too small for the price. Gave a claustrophobic feeling though the window was wall to wall but distance wall to wall was only 7.5ft.
The washroom was also too cramped had to literally manouever.
Ambience of hotel was good, staff very polite and helpful. Food was good.

It's good old property but with very reasonable price it's fair. Rooms are spacious and good vibe need little renovation but overall good hotel the service is good. Little bit less staff but managing properly maybe at peak time they might struggle

Over priced hotel. rooms are not clean washroom was also not clean there were hairs in washroom. The toilet seat was dirty, there was no hot water and the food is also not good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked Emerald Park on Google hotel ads. We paid booking amount , got the reservation voucher which clearly mentioned about the balance amount to be paid. But Emerald staff refused to entertain the amount paid on the website . We paid full amount. They were not aware of the. confirmation rec'd from the site booked one week before when contacted on the day of the travel . but when sent the confirmation voucher on WA , they accepted. The room was quite good, breakfast was also quite good. Staff was courteous.
But hot water availability issue was there , no bathroom mat outside/ inside in the bathroom. Hence room floor became wet after coming from the bathroom. Handshower stand needs to be rectified . This is not expected from 3 star hotel.
Overall good experience but could have been much better

i organise a birthday party of my son in this hotel all the services are so good that my son's special day will be remembered by everyone for a long time.... food was amazing room were comfortable

It was a wonderful stay at The Emerald Park. Well maintained, neat and tidy rooms. Very Spacious rooms even for three persons. Moreover, outside ro atmosphere is very quiet which is a good thing for the tired travellers.
Food is also very fresh and less spicy which I really like the most. Rates are also genuine which we rarely find in big hotels. You can order food of your choice and preferences.
Overall, a very nice and Quiet Hotel to Stay. Thankyou The Emerald for the wonderful experience. Would love to visit again.

booked this hotel for 1 night stay in nashik and the amount I paid for 1 night is 4000. the price i paid for the room is not at all worth, rooms are very small even the you can't open the room door fully because the bed the placed just near the door. walls of the room are dirty, bathroom are dirty, washbasins are broken.....very low roof rooms. better to go for another property. there are other good properties in trimbak road.

I had my wedding at hotel Emerald Park. Here's my experience -
1. Rooms - The rooms are quite good and comfortable. All our guests were accomodated perfectly and had no complaints. Suites are also clean, comfortable and cozy with ample amount of sunlight coming in.
2. Lawns and banquet - Beautiful lawns and good banquet options. My Mehendi, Haldi and wedding took place in the lawns, whereas Engagement and Sangeet at the banquet. I want to insist on booking your function at the lawns as they are truly so beautiful. Staff has maintained it really well and one truly feels so close to nature here. The shadow of the trees, the calmness, the chirping of birds and the greenery - I promise your guests will be mesmerized.
3. Food - We had opted for both veg and non veg options and the chefs were true to their words. The food was truly amazing, especially the non veg options and our guests were completely satisfied and happy with the taste as well as the quality of the food. They offer quite a variety of cuisines and also accomodate your preferences and requests if you have any.
4. Service - I would rate the service of the hotel an 11/10.. They're the perfect hosts, starting from the General manager Mr. Kapil Shwale, to the receptionist, to the HK staff, to the restaurant staff and to the ground level staff. Their passion reflected in their work. They accomodated all our requests so politely and graciously. None of our guests came up with any kind of complaint. Truly amazed by their work and dedication.

Overall me as a host as well as our guests, had a lovely time at Hotel Emerald Park. So grateful to the team for hosting my wedding and doing a great and wonderful job at that.
