Amanora The Fern Hotels and Club

I visited in Jan 2020. Beautiful surrounding. Absolutely pleasant and scenic in early morning when I reached. Staff was polite and cordial. Banquet hall decorum was good. Table Arrangements can be better though. Toilets are spacious and clean..
After meeting breakfast was fantastic with wide spread of tasty items.

Huge open space, well maintained and designed for photo ops. Loved all the arrangements made by the organizers and hotel staff. Very attentive waiters and serving staff.
The main highlight was delectable food. There was a lavish spread for both veg and non - veg counters. I specially loved the decorated counters of the south Indian dishes. Portion was good, very well served by courteous staff and Live counter chefs were really awesome.
Elaborate kids menu and drink options were a major plus.
Cleaning staff deserves applause as they were clearing the tables non-stop and are very efficient.

Great place and ambience. It's perfectly good for a large crowd and great management as well. The property is well maintained and beautifully managed. The staff is very good and helpful. Lots of parking spaces and valet parking is also available

This place is just behind Amanora mall and surrounded by residential buildings. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, with a spacious balcony. Food was good as well, particularly liked the breakfast spread. I am giving it a 3 star for the following reasons:
1) Wifi never worked (called the front desk multiple times, but no luck)
2) Coffee mugs placed in the room were not washed and I had to wash them before use
3) Exhaust in the bathroom was not working (imagine sharing bathroom with two of your family members, with no ventilation)
4) The lift always smelt of food

I visit this place with my friends and family on weekends mostly, love the food and hospitality and it is a great quality time spent with your folks here with so many activities.

I was greeted by a host of very welcoming and friendly staff, who helped me to settle in my room. The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, although the exterior of the hotel seems to be under construction, ruining the view.

I would like to specifically mention Pradeep from house keeping, and Shruti from front reception and Preerna from the club side. These people went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, and even after my stay they helping me with my baggage among other matters.

Great property. Serene location. Excellent room. Room service prompt and customer-oriented. Dine-in food was hot and tasty with good portions. Vast breakfast spread, but quality of food can be improved (The Fern, Mumbai, serves better quality of food, and my feedback is based on that).

It's a luxury property with beautiful rooms. Definitely recommend for any couple who want to spend alone time with each other. The property is huge and it has all the green ticks from me!
