Worst experience! They forcefully ask for 5 star rating on OYO app. Not even meet the basic expectations of hotel room. Service is a bit good point. Apart from that, there is nothing else in this hotel. Go at your own risk!

Room was not clean, was in bad condition, strange smell was coming from the room at the time of check in. Hotel phone was switched off and service was not good

Dirty smelly rooms and unhygenic washroom. Bedsheet and blankets have bedbugs. Not worth for the price they are taking. Also never book from OYO. The real room tariff is 1100RS for double bed where 2 people cant sleep untill you take AC room which is 1500RS. Now after reaching hotel staff says that we dont have oyo and we cant give you any room cancel the booking and pay 1000-1100RS for that filthy room and then you can stay moreover OYO deducted all my money and zero refund so eventually I end up paying 2800RS + 589RS = RS 3390 and in oyo it shows only 600 for 2 rooms..... Fraud Company OYO

I booked 476 on Oyo app and I went there extra 150 rupees was taken and the receptionist Write 476 rupees on the register and if I asked she said we don't give room here for less money

The room was very dirty and it was stinking everywhere in the room. I booked the room for two days in the Oyo offer in 661Rs but receptionist demanded more 150 Rs at the time of Check in then the hotel owner asked for more 600Rs for the next day. So I decided to check out after 1 night stay as i have online paid the amount so I was helpless. The room is full of cockroaches even I have hunted three of them, 2 cockroaches are waiting for new guests now. There was one centipede crawling in the bathroom. Commode was so dirty. No hot water available. I'm posting the pics of the room too. Never book here a room for you. Gondia junctions platforms are more cleaner than this hotel.
